Don't have a cruise playlist exactly but do have a tradition of starting cruises by playing 'Song of the Seas" from Vangelis.

Not most people's cup of tea genre wise but whenever I listen to it the metronome style beat brings to mind the bow of a cruise ship seen from above steadily cutting through the water towards the horizon.
