Speaking of the casino. Some areas are more smoky than others. All guests receive $5 complimentary slot play. The instructions are located at the cashiers desk. You insert your cabin card and follow the instructions to claim your $5. No additional amount is charged to your cabin. I’ll try to get a picture this evening.

We’re back in Port Canaveral early. Breakfast in the Windjammer is from 6:30 to 8:30.

Usually, but not always. We got a pier upgrade on Freedom back in 2015 and we got a few bottles meant for the guy who canceled last minute. We knew this was the case as everything of ours went to our old room and everything in our room mentioned being D+

Nothing is for sure with Royal. I don't recall who mentioned this last, might have been John. Not surprised that customer service reps would not know, but it is surprising that they didn't make up something.;)

 

Have had no problems with CS agents on the phone, and they have been quite congenial at all times when I needed assistance. But totally agree ...they seem clueless on the product. Ask 10 agents a question, get 10 different answers. :confused::o

Ok we stopped in the windjammer for the afternoon snack. Sorry about the previous post I incorrectly inserted the picture in between the text. After the snack I took a nap. I’m now awake and learned my mom lost $20 in the casino.

I had no idea about that 5.00 slot promo, until Laura (John and LaLa) gave me one of the little slips she picked up. I placed one credit bet and won 10.00! DH used his 3 free spins and won a t-shirt. We got out of there quick before our luck ran out. ;):halo:

Having no custom form is relatively new, and not related to skipping Coco Cay. We saw that at Port Canaveral this past June and September.

Thanks Bob and Milwaukee Eight for responding. I wasn’t sure when the no custom forms started. I had to complete forms in Jan when returning on the Oasis.

 

I hope debarkation is a breeze next month when I return to Port Everglades.
