New? Final invoice for on board account via email

Disembarked Reflection this morning and received a copy of my on board account statement by email.  This is new to me.  Any other ships doing this?

Infinity did the same. I went to Guest Relations I revived a hard copy before I left the ship. Easier to correct errors while on the ship.

Do not know but we like to have it before we check out  ..glad there's an option to get it ahead of leaving the ship..

 

We check the account nightly but have had last min add ons that were not ours..

I received the copy in email for my Reflection cruise in Apr/May.

I will go stand in line at the GR desk every time, if that's what's necessary to have a hard copy in hand, before I disembark the ship. But, for folks who've been going to extraordinary measures (like taking pictures of the their account statement on the room TV) this is probably welcome news.

We have gotten emails with our  final accountstatus o

forvour Cruises this year.  I always take a picture of the s teen on tge last evening, fortunately never had an incorrect charge.

It was emailed after we got off Infinity last week.  I check our account every night and every morning so it didn't really bother me not to have a hard copy.  What did bother me a bit was not being able to check online the final morning.

We got both the same day.  Check your spam folder.

We always also get a hard copy from GR the last evening or morning before leaving the ship. We also ask for any OBC-R to be given to us in cash at that time as well.

This is fantastic!

the last couple of cruises, the hard copy was printed so early it missed a lot.  Then, you have to try to hang onto it.  I welcome the emailed statement!  Even better would be if they emailed them to you daily.
