Taking wine on board

It states in their policy that you can bring 2 bottles of wine / cabin on board with you to drink in your cabin.  They also state that any additional bottles will be held by them and returned to your cabin on the last day of sailing.  Does anyone know approximately what time that will be?  In other words, are we able to consume it the last night?

It can vary.  We’ve had bottles purchased on board returned as late as 8:00.  I’m assuming that they would be returned at the same time as on board purchases.  Also on some ships we’ve had to pick up purchases the morning of departure.

I remember it from a Monarch, I think there may have been another ship or 2  as well but I can’t recall which ones. We seem to get it at March break.

Just off the Adventure yesterday and purchased liquor onboard that was in my stateroom around 4:00 PM on the last day.

If you split up before security - you can take 2 bottles per person!👍😎

There have been reports of tracking done on bottles coming on board and which stateroom they belonged to..... but really, we're talking RCL ability to maintain a shared user spreadsheet, so I'd say chances are pretty good you'll be OK.

Yeah like Barcelona where they sell you all kinds of alcohol AFTER security ... even on the gangway

We have two cabins for the spring TA on Serenade.   So we'll have 10 bottles without breaking any rules.  🍷🍷🍷🍷🍷🍷🍷🍷🍷🍾

It is to my wife.  Wine does not flow as freely on Serenade as it does on an Oasis ship.  

 

14 days is an eternity.
