Took a private taxi tour for 2 of us in a mini-van, $60 ... saved. No shopping stops, skipped most pushy vendors.

With large # of Plus, Platinum & Latitude Ambassador(s) on board, the welcome party is being held this Sunday afternoon in the Supper Club as it can hold more.  Captain's VIP cocktail reception is next Monday, another was held this Monday ?? up in the Haven Courtyard.

 

Getting noisy with another party boat coming back to the ship, most came back by early afternoon from shorter ones. Outside the terminal gates, plenty of taxis, mostly minivans, negotiate if anyone is exploring on their own !!

 

Some of the ship crews got a few hours off n happy, going ashore or sleep in. It is a happy & friendly crew.

 

As far as MDR & Specialty Dining Menus, they are same as 2 months ago, no changes at all. I previously posted them in the Member Gallery. Have 6 days worth of MDR, should be able to get the remaining 8 & post them later ... then, NCL will probably change it shortly thereafter ... LOL.  It's nice to have 3 daily breakfast specials, but it is the NCL lunch option - uno, one, 1 .... I will bring it up again but it is corporate, not the ship. 

 

Tomorrow, we might have full cellular coverage at the tender port, should be good on land but maybe too far ashore. Will see.  Full review will come later.

Underway, bye bye ... Ocho Rios n George Town, Cayman Islands - here we come and it's going to be interesting to see, tendering as much as 4,000 ashore.

Another Code Alpha, on Deck 20 shortly after 9 pm tonight, ship medical staff kept busy daily. We appeared on course. 

 

For missing GSC, we received non-refundable OBC of $34 p/p.

 

Chair hogging in the atrium. She guarded this for easily 90 minutes.

Ship is sailing in great weather, barely feel the ship moving at almost 22 knots -  130+ nm out of NY with another 360 nm to go, at our speed - should get in early.  Seas are just under 5 ft. and wind at 30, not choppy at all.

Good morning, all.  We are now at GT, anchored & getting ready to start tendering soon ... that is, after we are done with breakfast & then find the line to find w priority. 

 

Aida.luna is next to us port side. 2 local tender just getting ready for them.  Partly cloudy, high of 80 & nice.

 

Got a very good Google Fi signal on the balcony.

All ...... Abroad, it's 5 pm ship time, should be ready to sail. Reminder to do frequent hand wash & especially after using restroom. (must be reading about RCI's OAS)

 

Tomorrow is a full sea day, next stop is Harvest Caye, Belize. Aida just sounded their ship horn & moving, we should be going. No paging of guests to contact Guest Services, that's a good sign. 

 

Earlier, someone was taken off the ship, fully immobilized, believe to be on the Aida, for EMS transfer by ambulance.

 

Yes, 5:10 pm and we are underway ... bye, later.

Thanks for posting, have a great time. Again if you have any information on Canvas by U and the comedy shows I would love to hear. I am looking forward to doing both on my cruise next week. Keep up the washy washy, as I have been following that on the threads :). Enjoy the sea day
