Football on MSC

Hi have any recent travelers on MSC noticed if they show English football matches in the bars on MSC?

On our last cruise they showed football every night with a good selection of Premier league games, the only downside was that the commentary was in Italian. However this did not stop us enjoying it.

It really depends on the area you are cruising. We had none in the Caribbean

Watched the Liverpool/Barcelona match at the British pub on Meraviglia Wednesday (in the Baltic) and I plan to watch the the second game of the tie this coming Tuesday.  I am hoping to be able to watch Liverpool/Newcastle tomorrow.  A fellow passenger told me the Liverpool/Barcelona was also available on the TV in the room.

OTOH, I was on Divina last September when the Champions League final was played but it was not available on board.

We sailed out of Miami and they sure did!! I was not sure if they would have the Thursday night game but they even had that!! ⚜️

Hi Everyone thank you we sail on the 25th May from Venice,  and it's the championship play off final on the 27th which is a sea day I hopefully want to watch!!!!

Ah, you're right, I got confused.  We couldn't get it on our May, Holland America Alaska cruise.

We've certainly had coverage of Premier league games whilst onboard. 

 

Champions League final was definitely May 26th last year, we came out of Wembley after the Championship play off final and went of to a bar to watch it.
