I can vouch for that!! 😝 Would you like them back? 😲 The weird thing is the millions and millions we have killed off using our vehicles as "fly swatters"....you would think we would have driven them into extinction. 😵

We hit swarms of them a few days ago driving from Tampa to Ft Myers. You could hear them hitting the car. Luckily it was a rental so I didn't have to clean it. Milwaukee Eight Posted May 22, 2019 #128 Share Posted May 22, 2019 Just finished a 300 mile motorcycle ride today and very few Love bugs out. The area they were swarming recently, none. This is from Daytona to St Augustine, Green Cove Springs, Palatka, Weikla, Seville, Barberville, Astor and back.

Here up north we are preparing for the 17 year awakening of the circadia (sp). The noise, the bugs, ewwwwweee. At least ours only happens every 17 years, not biannually like your love bugs. But, everywhere you go there is always something. Take care

I was at Adventure Island in Tampa today, with love bugs swarming on my lounger (and me) almost constantly. My car only picked up about a dozen, though, driving north on I-75 from Tampa
