PirateShark Posted February 9, 2020 #51 Share Posted February 9, 2020 (edited) I can't wait for the 2022 itineraries to come out. With my retirement (finally!) and our 40th anniversary, I have a nice budget to work with this time 😉 We are ready for a nice long cruise instead of just 10 days. Looking for mine Came in today’s mail. Biggest addition: It appears they are going to Antarctica or a tip thereof. Biggest disappointment for me: still only doing 10 day voyages in Japan. Running three identical 10 day cruises . The new ports north of Tokyo are only available on a 30+ day cruise from SF. 😢 Will need a different line for Japan. May have to just do a total land tour and skip the cruise ship altogether. Tauck does have a good option. Running several Carribe cruises to Bridgeport. Fewer round trips to/ from Miami. This allows for more new port visits without having to return to Miami.
Rare pinotlover Posted February 18, 2020 #55 Share Posted February 18, 2020 Also something else new but not well explained. It appears on certain European cruises, if one takes what’s called O’Life Choice Airfare, free ship transfers to and from the ship will be included. It appears to be referring to the Premium Economy upgrade. All currently in the fine print. Will be interesting to see how this plays out.

B-2-Bs Best! Posted February 19, 2020 #61 Share Posted February 19, 2020 So, what's not to share. Fares are un-bookable until a later date. I thought this board was to be helpful. So, share!

Rare pinotlover Posted February 20, 2020 #63 Share Posted February 20, 2020 Don’t have a pdf only the brochure. If you’re interested In the material, call your TA!! Amazing all the people that refuse to utilize the services of their Travel Agent!

What you are not realizing, and perhaps this is a function of your not believing that you need a Travel Agent, is that Top Agents work hard to get those future schedules early as a reward for their loyalty to Oceania, and their booking performance. Early access is valued because it gives that Agents preferred clients a chance to decide what they want earlier on so that when booking day arrives, buying exactly what they want is a breeze. Exclusivity is a key part of that advantage. The PDF's come pre-labeled with prohibitions against their being shared publicly. Agents won't copy them here because it is bad business. Clients who copy them onto a public Site would be violating a trust. Therefore, I suggested that using a good Agent would get you onto their distribution list. Is that chill enough for you? Then why do we even bother coming to CC? Just go to your TA get all of your questions answered there. This board is ridiculous at times. We all post here to share.

Rare ToxM Posted February 20, 2020 #68 Share Posted February 20, 2020 Brochure arrived for us yesterday. Some very nice itineraries by all accounts. I’m saving myself for the ATW 2023 when it comes out as it’s now looking a possibility, however.

I would agree that a significant number of questions/issues brought here could be more accurately and efficiently answered by one’s TA. Furthermore, speaking of ridiculous, about half the questions brought here could be answered if the OP would just read the FAQ on Oceania’s website and/ or their sales contract! Rare LHT28 Posted February 20, 2020 #70 Share Posted February 20, 2020 so still no PDF file from TA as it usually does it sounds like the new itineraries come in snail mail form is that correct for those that have received them? We do not get any brochures from O & not about to enter in that nightmare again will wait for the new cruise to be posted online
golfguyhhi Posted February 20, 2020 #71 Share Posted February 20, 2020 I have been told (by someone who knows at O) that the new itineraries will be posted on the O site tomorrow (2/21), with booking opening on Wednesday, 2/26. Plenty of time to review and make plans, and then call your TA. Calm down. Deep breaths.
