Are you going next year on Allure Presidents Cruise. We booked once we found out it was out of Barcelona. Too bad it’s prior to the TA. 
 

Actually booked the 9/13 first until we found out they screwed up on the dates.

All went well with 150 CP. We found out that a “private booking” had enough people for 1/2 the restaurant and were disappointed that they couldn’t have the entire venue for their party. The specialty dining dept ended up accommodating them with a chef’s table type experience. 🙄😀

 

There was another large table (12 people or so) celebrating a birthday for someone named Raul. The waiters and manager were paying quite a bit of attention to them as well, and I think that might have been part of the reason they wouldn’t shut the restaurant down for the other group. 
 

So much drama. 😂

 

We has fun though. We had table-side Caesar salad. Do you know we got crappy croutons again? But so much shaved Parmesan, that I just didn’t care. 

 

 

 

We shared the beef tenderloin for two. It was perfect. 
 

 

 

And dessert was the chocolate peanut butter tart.

The dates don’t work for us for next year’s President’s Cruise, unfortunately. But I would definitely do it again. I will watch for the announcement for 2021. 😀

That dessert sounds amazing.  They had me at peanut butter.  I would have just had 6 of those for dinner.

We are on Allure in June and already booked our flights to come to Orlando early October next year.

They really promote the fried cheesecake, since it is their signature dessert. But I really did like this one better. The fried cheesecake was, overall, just too mushy and warm. Mark got it twice though, so...

Some gifts last year only went to Royal VISA card holders. I didn’t have the VISA Logo on my SeaPass card when I boarded but the Boss did. I got a sticker put on mine when it became apparent some events were open to only Royal VISA holders. The Boss, she got some gifts in the room that I didn’t receive. One was the Fedora Hat. 
 

As long a Royal’s VISA keeps sponsoring events onboard, it might be wise to get one.
