There is a "REAL" specialty martini that requires a "REAL" acquired taste. Most folks don't care for it. That is understandable.

For me, it's nectar in a chilled vessel known as the "Bluefish" Martini. Your portions of gin or vodka, vermouth or not, remains the same. This is when it gets luscious. Two Queen olives, pimento removed, are now stuffed. One olive gets gorged with bleu cheese, cut fresh from a Danish wedge. Nothing pre-stuffed. The second olive receives an oily anchovy filet, folded in half with a small portion hanging from the opening. The residue from both orbs will slicken the liquid, making it perhaps a version of the Dirty martini. If you are not a fan of the "stuffins'" this is definitely not for you. But if you like what the Bluefish is all about, you will garner so much respect in the Martini World that you may attain celebrity status. I love 'em!

Drink Responsibly.
