Yes.  as twodaywonder said.  You can also take on canned juice or water.  Each person in cabin can carry on up to 1- 12pk.  Non alcoholic beverages only.

C&P from the Carnival website - I personally wouldn't drag the bottle around but have no problems filling my cup to carry to where I want to go. 

 

Bringing Liquor and Beverages On Board - Embarkation

Guests are prohibited from bringing water, sodas and other non-alcoholic beverages that are packaged in glass or plastic bottles.

On embarkation day, a small quantity of non-alcoholic beverages (i.e., sparkling water, sodas, energy drinks, juice, and milk), packaged in cans or cartons, may be brought on board and must be in the guest's carry-on luggage. A small quantity is considered a maximum of 12 sealed, unopened cans/cartons of 12 ounces each or less, per person.

Guests are prohibited from bringing alcoholic beverages on board with the following exception - at the beginning of the cruise during embarkation day only, guests (21 years of age and older) may bring one 750 ml bottle of sealed/unopened wine or champagne, per person, in their carry-on luggage. Outside this exception, all liquor, beer, other forms of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages are strictly prohibited in both carry-on and checked luggage and such items will be confiscated and discarded and no compensation will be provided.

Guests sailing with us on back-to-back cruises are entitled to bring the same quantity as stated in this policy, per cruise. The additional quantities will be stored for safekeeping at the start of the first cruise and will be given to the guest as each following cruise begins.

 

Corkage Fee

Should guests wish to consume their wine or champagne in the main dining room, specialty restaurant or bar, a $15.00 USD corkage fee, per 750 ml bottle, will be charged. A corkage fee is a charge that is assessed, at time of service, for every bottle that is served and not bought on the premises.

We just pour a glass of wine in our cabin & take it wherever we choose.  We don't carry the bottle with us.  I actually am not opposed to pouring my wine into my yeti so I don't have to keep refilling a glass.

Do I understand correctly that you cannot bring on plastic water bottles?  I've never seen individual cartons of water, or any size actually.

Canned sparking water is OK but not bottles, no.

 

Ship's water is perfectly fine. If you just cannot do that, you can buy water on board for a premium.

Thank you.  I did see a 12 pack for $4.95 can be delivered to the room and that seems fair enough.  Beats the $1.50 or whatever they charge per.  I just like water bedside....have no problem drinking "tap" so again, thanks.

Coevan, I knew you would be horrified - I think we've been on a wine glass discussion before.  If I run into you on a cruise, don't look in my yeti!  Or just pretend I'm drinking koolaid.  Actually, since you probably have a much more discerned palate than I do, you probably wouldn't consider my wine to be much more than koolaid, anyway.  Maybe we will meet one day on a ship & you can educate me on the finer points of wine consumption.  It will be fun - you can be Henry Higgins & I'll be Eliza.  Happy sailing!!  🚢

You could just pour your wine from the Yeti into the wine glass. I think that's what I would do. That way you can bring more than one glass with you for dinner, but not drinking wine from a tumbler.
