Trying to figure out where the ice cube came from. Throughout the series have a random 🧊 ice cube pop up. (😆 that ice cube popped up while typing 🧊) Example, things start to settle down, you take off on a cruise, walk out on the balcony and .... 🧊. Your headed home, stop by Starbucks, start to drink your coffee and what is floating in it? 🧊.

I hope it continues to heal good. Depending on if the Dr tells her to stay off work for any more time we might just end up on a cruise. I have a free MSC one that I wasn't sure I'd be able to use but this may change things

Rare bobmacliberty Posted September 30, 2022 #72907 Share Posted September 30, 2022 We just talked to our neighbors. No significant damage from Ian in our area. Just some small debris scattered around from the winds. We got lucky. Our little part of Florida, and nearby SE Georgia, has generally had good luck with hurricanes. If you look on a map, you’ll see that the Florida Atlantic coast runs a little west as it goes north, and the coast veers back to the east as it continues up in Georgia. We’re the furthest West Point on the east coast and hurricanes seem to “bounce” out to sea around us. Or at least that’s what I’m told by the locals near us.

Rare bobmacliberty Posted September 30, 2022 #72910 Share Posted September 30, 2022 I haven’t posted any pictures of my daughter’s cat Goose recently. He’s a great cat…very cuddly and lately, a little rambunctious. Teenagers. He too is an indoor cat who likes to watch his “prey” out the window. His latest trick is turning off the lights. Don’t ask me how he figured that one out. 6 1
Rare aussielozzie18 Posted September 30, 2022 #72911 Share Posted September 30, 2022 Queen’s Birthday weekend here with a 3 day long weekend. Daylight Savings for us in NSW and some other states, starts tonight (not WA, NT or QLD).We have a wet weekend forecast so good weekend to go the movies. Son and I are seeing this on the big screen at a retro special screening: After I agreed to see it with him I thought - probably not a good idea since we are heading into Summer and I will soon be swimming in the Great Barrier Reef… 5

For the record, I believe everything you post so there is no need for double-checking or triple verification as far a I'm concerned, just as I believe everyone else when they post stories from their past or the accomplishments of their children. In the case of Mickey Mantle playing in the outfield, I chalk it up to fuzzy memories from events that happened 55 years ago, not your intent to deceive or spread misinformation. Lord knows, I have trouble remembering minute details of events from 10 years ago. 🙂 I've always enjoyed your stories of your past accomplishments so hopefully you choose to share them here as well. Again, no need to post a source and I'm certainly not going to be triple checking every post you write looking for minor inconsistencies in the wording. I have no time nor desire to to such a thing. Not sure who amongst us would. 😉 😇 So post away!!! 👍 Looking forward to it. H ,you are one of the nicest people who post on this site.Thank you so very much. 2

George C Posted September 30, 2022 #72922 Share Posted September 30, 2022 My brother had a above ground hot tub that moved 50ft from storm large fence around is pool destroyed, only positive thing was his theater had no damage along with his daughter house where they spent the night. I am positive it will take many months to recover damage to his really nice house . We were there earlier in the year for his daughter’s wedding. Luckily he has insurance but I am sure many of the poorer people have none.

Hopefully, the flare up in BP was not related to anything here on CC. Was there any specific reason or is it just "one of those things" when being on 3 different BP medicines. Sorry to hear you missed the traditional holiday dinner. A few years ago my BP spiked up to 200/100.My wife called 911 and I was taken to the closest hospital. That was the first time in my life that I had a BP problem. My primary doctor referred me to a Hypertention Specialist .He tried several medications till he found some that worked.I take 2 in the morning and one at night.I watch my sodium intake.By nature I am very mild mannered so I could not understand why it flared up .By Monday morning my BP was normal.I have a lot of medical issues and I am old so I guess I should be iucky that I am still on the planet. My two best friends passed away in 2020
