we did get screwed out of 28 points on one cruise 

First booked an OV than there was a price drop and upgraded to a balcony for the same price ( not with the upgraded bid) with the travel agency 

Celebrity opinion since we book an ov we only get points for an ov 

and under the opinion that since it was with a travel agency and not a bid up promotion we should get the balcony point 🤬

That is only relevant if you didn't enjoy the cruise.  If you did enjoy the cruise and it was worth $8,400 to you, then the points are just a free bonus.

Same thing happened to me on two cruises that were back to back.  I am still mad about those points that I did not get.

Is there going to be a Power Up Points deal in December probably around the 24th which is two months from the last one?  Or will we need to wait until January 14, 2024?
