When you log in with your VIFP number it will list all your offers.

You can also go to this website:

https://www.cclpromos.com/carnivalplayersclub/

It gives info on the different offers (generally speaking) and has a way to contact the casino department if you have any questions.

I emaiiled the casino to confirm my offer in writing since it doesn't show up on my cruise documents.

Since it's been 2 years since we've cruised I don't remember how I get the information about my deal.

How can I get info on what deal I'm booked under including how much $ funplay, free drinks etc?

When you are logged in there are 3 dots up in the upper right corner. I have to go here to change dining or see obc or details.

I have a similar question.

Once booked, how do you know what deal you booked under (in case my I, I mean my friend, can't remember?)

That's what I'm attempting to ask as well lol

Contact the casino through the website I posted before and ask them to confirm the deal and what you get with that offer.

As I said your booking information on the website only shows OBC but thats not based on your casino offer.

So for example when I log into Carnival it shows the $200 OBC but I had to email the casino to confirm that:

1 - I had the Jackpot Deal

2 - that I had $500 FunPlay

3 - free drinks everywhere

they should make it clear so there are no issues if you not allowed the drinks for example. you really have 0 proof

Thats why I emailed to get confirmation.

Free drinks everywhere on the ship is an amazing deal and I was willing to book a lower cabin just to get the free drinks everywhere on the ship.

With that said I know another deal is free drinks WHILE PLAYING AT THE CASINO and that is not something I'm interested in.

Make sure you print out the response you get to bring on the cruise with you "just in case" they don't have that info when you check in at the casino.  We had that problem once, and luckily had the printout to show what we booked under.

I wish they would do a better job identifying this on our Cruise manager page or even on the CabinConfirmations email you get when you purchase.  I book sometimes 3 years out and short of writing it down or phoning constantly to ask theres really no other way to know.

I agree.

I think it's because it's a different "part of the company" that deals with the casino. One side of the company isn't talking to the other.

I know when you call in to book you have to talk to a different person if you are booking a casino deal.

I know NCL is the same way.

I usually contact the Ocean Players Club website and send an email giving my name, birthdate (have been asked that before), booking number, cabin number, sailing date and ship. I say the purpose is to confirm what I believe are my perks like $$ in Fun Play, free drinks in the casino. Someone gets in contact with me with a week or so. I also print out their response to bring with me. If I received a promo in the mail, I bring that with me. I did run into a problem once when the casino cage people didn't have any record, so I was glad I had the written info with me.

Log in to your account, click on your name then my profile and then my offers.  I do find that you have to click a couple of times once it opens to my deals to get all the offers

I've had so many reservations that either I cancelled or they've cancelled over the last year+.  I also forgot what my casino promo was. I had to call a couple months ago and speak to someone in that department to remind me! It was a Premier promo, my free drinks are limited to the casino, and I'm getting $x.00 in freeplay... sadly, I can't remember what they said.... $200... $500 (probably not more). Guess I'll know in 27 days!!

As others have mentioned go to the Ocean Players Club website, and click on the contact us button.  At the bottom of the page there will be some choices, one of which is verify offer.  Just fill in the requested info and you will receive an e-mail response.  It's also worth mentioning that if you are traveling with another person who may have qualified for the offer, ask if they too should receive the perks. There is a place to add comments.   It's a very simple and streamlined process....much easier than it used to be to call and beg for casino cash, lol!

How does the drinks everywhere work? anyone know?  This is the first time I have had this offer available (always only have the drinks while playing in casino).  Do I have to wait until the casino opens to get a card or something? Also, is this for both of us in the cabin? or only me?

It is basically a FREE CHEERS PACKAGE and only for the person who receives the offer, unless your cabin mate also received the same offer.  I am going with my hubs, he does not gamble, therefore he did not receive this promotion and I did and will received it.

Hope it helps.
