yesterday while watching the Golf Channel you could see Oasis sailing around the Statue of Liberty.

the Liberty Golf course is having round 1 of the FED EX and are not playing today (obviously)

 

But the commentator mentioned that they see a ship coming in for protection from storm.

I had to laugh as they did not know she was stationed in the area and was just doing a 2nd loopy loop around the statue on Sat as she did on Friday. 

 

Was impressive to see John Rahm from Spain putting with a big huge ship in the background heading south towards the port ever so slowly.  And oh yea also the skyline of NYC.  I can't wait to get on Oasis in mid October.  gotta get out to Seattle to visit her cousin Ovation in 3 weeks.

She didn't head right out, she is going around Lady Liberty.

I just saw the webcam, and I had quite a swell of emotion. I'm on the 9/5 cruise, and wasn't sure if I was going to go or not depending on protocols, but I'm definitely a go at this point. Cannot wait. 

 

Sea heights look to be around 1-2 meters right now in that area, no big whoop. 

 

Thanks for the info. Baowen. I just checked out the pub guitarist on there, so I'm happy with that. Looks like you have a fantastic entertainment lineup, I wish all of you an absolutely fantastic trip!

perhaps it was the angle of Ny harbor webcam that was misleading.

 

 

Scroll down on the webcam and look at the map of her current location.  Statue will be on port side.
