Won’t honor certificates

I have 2 125% certificates for cancelled cruises.   MSC refunded me (which I didn’t ask for) and now won’t honor these certificates.   Any advise?  I won’t book a cruise with them if they won’t let me use them.

It’s probably a good idea to obscure those booking numbers somehow. Or just delete the pics. Other than that, I have nothing to recommend.

If you got the refund, then the FCC certificates are worth $0.

I'm confused...did they refund cash and you're saying you didn't want that and wanted the certs instead?

I believe the deal was either full refund or 125% FCC but not both.

OP, Had your FCCs reached their "maturity" date?  Ours do say that if we don't use them by a certain date we will automatically receive a refund (100%).

Why would you expect them to honor the FCC's when they refunded your money? You're being unreasonable.
