Anyone having trouble booking online. I called to find out if they were fully booked like my iPad said they said there computer was down.

From my understanding you need to go through a travel agent to book with them.

Since we have been cruising out of South Florida, it never occurred that charging a booking to our B of A credit card would incur a 'transaction fee' of $190 for our Explora 1 booking sailing out of South Florida. Our other MSC bookings on same card were fine. Check with your credit card company about foreign transaction fees.

Captain Serena was Captain on our Regents Seven Seas Splendor TA in 2021.  She is very interactive with the passengers!

They have just scored a major coup by appointing Heike Berdos from Azamara and General Manager Shipboard. She is superb and everything runs like clockwork under her 👏

Heard yesterday that the ship could be delayed until July, no idea what the original delivery date was.

We are booked on Iceland to NYC in September.

  They seem slow in posting excursions, I don't even see any for the first trip in July.

     Am i missing something?

I have cruised with Heike on Azamara and she is wonderful. I am very interested to read the reviews once the Explora sets sail. Just wish it was adult only.
