We are boarding on 22 November and it would save me a shopping trip if someone could please tell me if Clinique products are sold on board? Thanks so much !!!!!

We are currently on Connie and will check tomorrow. What specific product are you looking for!

It’s the Rinse Off Foaming Cleanser. Thank you SO much !! This is incredibly nice of you.
Limda

Just checked the inventory. Clinique is sold on board but they do not have the Rinse Off Foaming Cleanser this sailing.

The shop on board will receive a listing of the products that will be in the shop for the next sailing. They anticipate receiving this list on Sunday, the last day of our cruise.

We will check on Sunday and hopefully be able to report back to you before disembarkation on Monday morning.

Tonto Linda you can pay it forward by doing a reconnaissance on Constellation for

1. Elemis Frangipani oil in the Spa

2. L' Occitan products in the cosmetic shop, specifically Immortelle eye and face creams.

Not going till Feb, but at least I can get an idea.

Thanks

Randy, you have gone and beyond on this !!!!!!  I bought some, so all is good.  THANK YOU.  If we sail together in the future, I owe you a drink or two.

Cheers,

Linda

Hi Linda

I just got back from the Beauty Shop and they are not going to be stocking the Clinique Face Wash. Good move in buying it ahead of time.

They have a nice selection of products there, so perhaps you can find something else that might fit with your routine, or might make for a nice Christmas gift.

Have a Wonderful Trip.

Thank you, Randy, for going out of your way for me about this small thing.  I really appreciate it and all of your very informative posts during your time on the Connie.  Now, could you please bring her back under the Skyway so we can board tomorrow? 🥰🥰. Safe travels home.

Cheers,

Linda

OK, in fact I suspect we will arrive early. It has been a Wonderful 10 Nights for us.

All the Best

If you get a chance to go into the Beauty Shop on board, go see a lovely young lady by the name of Thando. She will be pleased to help you in any way she can.

If you see her, could you please say hello from Randy and Connie?

Hope you are enjoying your cruise.

Randy and Connie

Schmoe38, since we are asking questions!!!!! Have they added any USB or additional electrical outlets in the cabin? Since the ship has not been revolutionized like the Summit and Millie I've read conflicting info as to how much X has done while it was floating around!

Thanks in advance

No, no new outlets in cabins on Connie, either AC or USB.  Same collection of Euro and US outlets that all M class ships used to have.

USBs would certainly be welcome, but we brought an iPhone plus an iPad with us and we had no problem using our standard plug adapter for both and we were also able to use a hair dryer and a curling brush. Maybe not all at the same time, but with a little bit of planning.

While Constellation was awaiting itineraries with paying passengers, she underwent a wonderful “refresh” on the inside, with a lot of the ship receiving new furniture and carpeting. The Retreat has not been developed in the same manner as Summit and Millennium, but I must say, we were pleasantly surprised when we got on board. The remainder of the main venue areas of the ship are eye pleasing and comfortable, so, not receiving a full revolutionized upgrade may not necessarily be a bad thing for Constellation.

This ship is deep in tradition and from my standpoint, that is one thing that stood out for us. We would not hesitate to book her again in the not too distant future.

No such thing as a stupid question; the only stupid question is the one you don't ask! 😄

At long last, I tore myself away from the casino, Cafe Al Bacio, Blu, our balcony, the Solarium, the Future Cruise Desk, the Oceanview Cafe, the Martini Bar, Cellar Masters, Reflections - well, you get the drift.
At this point, no Immortelle eye or face creams, although there are other L’Occitan products. (Interestingly, no cosmetics are sold on the ship - no lipsticks or makeup).  The Spa has the Elemis Frangipani body oil for $56.

We have loved he ship - no complaints about anything at all and the level of service has been amazing.  Capt Theo is around the ship and friendly, a la Capt Kate.  Enjoy !

I agree 100%.  On our last sailing with him as Captain I noticed that he came past the Martini bar around the same time each night. As I was sitting there talking with a fellow passenger she happen to mention that she had never met him.  Shortly after he came walking by and I approached him and asked him if he would be willing to say hello to a cruise that had never met him.  He graciously walked over and spent a few minutes talking to her.  That's one of the things I love about Celebrity is that it has been my experience that all the staff are gracious, even more so the senior officers.   I cannot recall the last time I saw any of the senior officers on Royal Caribbean out side of the scheduled events they attended.
