Seeing OBC in Cruise Planner

I have seen many posts talking about seeing your OBC in the Cruise Planner. I have OBC from our travel agent. I see it listed on the invoice, but cannot see it in the the planner. Where can I see this in the planner?  Or is this something that won’t show up until we are onboard?  Thanks everyone.

Only RCI OBC will show up in cruise planner. Since yours is from your TA make sure you have an invoice with you from them showing this just in case.

It will probably show up on day 2 of the cruise.

That also includes shareholder obc that shows up in the planner.

Have OBC for a cruise in December since we booked onboard with Next Cruise. Shows up in the planner. Read some of the fine print today and it suggests that the OBC is only good if used to purchase things online before you cruise.
 

Already booked beverage packages before credit showed up. No need to book excursions. Will I lose the credit if I don’t use it online before the cruise?

Okay I sent in my stockholders request a couple days ago and am looking for OBC posted for that.  If I click on "Plan Your Cruise" it goes to a page with an ad and a countdown clock to when the cruise starts and then a bunch of categories you can buy like excursions, drink packages, etc.  

 

Where amongst all this will the OBC be posted?

It will either show up in the upper right corner in the CP or sometimes mine has a big box that comes up with the amount on it

I am supposed to have $50 Next Cruise OBC for my upcoming cruise in March.  It is not showing on the new cruise planner.  I went as far as the checkout screen and did not see any option to apply my OBC.  What should I do?

Is that one of the OBC categories that is supposed to show up in the planner (vs. only seeing it once on board)? If so, I'd call.

This deserves an email to my TA.  I just checked and my upcoming Oasis cruise has Next Cruise OBC that is showing up in the new cruise planner.
