Yes. They have them. That's literally what they are.  The have enclosed the balconies, with a pull down window.

Okay, first I was going to come here today but then took a look at the date which read January 23 . . . tomorrow.  I rushed around the house for nothing, so will wait till tomorrow.  

 

Then I come back here now to find there's activity and the Nieuw Amsterdam is here . .  argh!
