I have no idea if they were touchless. I always just touch them with the knuckle of a finger and they would light up. They were definitely different from what used to be in Allure's elevators in the past. They did not look like the ones in post #901 above.

It's been a while, I really don't know if they're currently doing it

 

FWIW, the 70's party on Odyssey was in two70. I think that's where they're doing silent party tonight. My plan is to go there later for fireworks

They've been adding them to several ships, and I haven't had issues before. These ones suck

Laura has abandoned me at Boleros,  so I'll catch up with y'all 

 

Massage with Catalina was pure awesomeness,  really one of the best ever. We chatted about ports we've been to. She's been everywhere it seems. I told her I did stones because I liked hot oil and she drenched me.🤣🤣

 

Some of the massage rooms have great ocean views. 😁

 

She assured me it's one way glass😉

 

With additional tip it was $217 for 75 minutes

Tonight is formal night. Tried to tie a bow tie, failed and used a clip on

 

Ended up giving my dark mask to Laura. It looked better with her outfit.

 

At Boleros with a Crescendo. Totally blinged out

 

Dinner was in Chops with our friends Bill and Sandy Cooper. Always nice to share a meal

 

Mushroom risotto was exceptional, lobster and scallops ok, lamb wasn't good

Saw the Effectors.  It was ok. Least favorite show so far.  Got the former Genie seats

 

Lasers were fun

 

Drones were a hoot. Fascinating that they fly over audience.

 

Noticed this set of stairs and door while waiting for show to start. It's used at the end

 

Might see again from the lower section, but not sure the drones can add enough to make up for rest of show

 

Laura liked the Reverb Game Show number

Ray was late getting to Boleros so we tried to teach Marie how to make the Crescendo. She was close.

 

Working my way down the Boleros menu. This is the Ginger Cooler

 

Two70 fireworks are at 11:45

 

I should be able to get one more drink in here at Boleros

So, I left Boleros and headed to two70 for fireworks. Silent party in progress

 

Headed to the bar. Let's get a Jaeger Bomb. 😁 The young Brit next to me ordered one as well so i wouldn’t do it alone.

 

Interesting technique 

 

Then we started on Crescendos. Max, our bartender, was happy to oblige. More Jagermeister to follow. Nice hanging with youngsters.

 

Fireworks were fun

 

But a long walk back to the elevators
