Upgrading at port

Just got back from our Radiance cruise on Feb 5 th. Once onboard we went to guest services to ask for an upgrade. We were told no upgrades once on the ship (which was at 30% capacity). So I would try at the port itself before entering the ship.

^^^^^This. A true statement. I would not even attempt to try changing bookings when at port.
