How do I book casino offers?

Iam very new to Royal and only have 2 sailings under my belt. I received a casino offer today for a free ocean view room and some free play by email. The offer is for specific sailings in March. I tried to look up available cabins on the Royal Website but the sailings on my offer don't even show up there anymore. Does that mean everything is sold out already or should I still give it a whirl and call in? Is there a way to book casino offers online? I was hoping to avoid being on hold for a long time. I know they very busy.
Thanks so much for your help

Call the number that came with the offer.  The casino folks are much more knowledgeable and aware.

Ps.  I got an offer some months ago and able to upgrade from inside to a balcony cabin.

Just curious how the heck did you get such an offer.  Do you sail Celebrity and gamble in their casino.

I also, have no idea as to how I got the offer, as I'm not a big gambler.😜

Thank you for your reply. We did a side by side Celebrity/Royal in November and we made a generous donation to both casinos 🙈🤪. I think thats why I received the offer. It was our first Celebrity cruise and our second Royal cruise. Our first cruise on Royal was 10 years ago.

WHERE DO PEOPLE RECEIVE OFFERS AT?

Go to www.clubroyaleoffers.com. input your last name and crown & anchor number.   If you play in the casino you may have an offer.

We never receive emails from casino but regularly check their website for new offers.

They give you a phone number to call....I recommend calling them and asking them your questions.

Club royale is famous for sending out offers on ships with no availability left.

Yep, got an offer on sailings for Mar 9th & 14th, and the 9th was sold out! 14th was a 4 nt, we wanted at least 5 nt, so they allowed us to use the offer for the 18th 😁

You'll get offer in your stateroom during the cruise and then after by email and mail.  You will have to call their casino line to book.  The best way to check for offer is to go the website listed above.  I have another free 3 day coming up and I was able to upgrade to a balcony for $97 (for 2 people).  Even if you get the cruise for free you'll have to pay for the taxes and port charges.

If you are a frequent customer of a land-based casino, they sometimes offer free cruises.

If you cruise, gamble, and use your room key to track your play, you will start receiving offers. Depending on your level of play (theoretical losses), you will get offers for discounted cruises, inside, ocean view, balcony, or suites.

A large percentage of passengers on every cruise are traveling under a land-based or Club Royale offer.

When you book a casino offer, can you book a cabin for fellow travelers too? And do they offer any kind of discount on the additional cabin? We just received offer for a free balcony cabin and my Dad would like to go also. So would like to be able to book both at the same time. And any discounts for the 2nd cabin would be a plus since he would be a solo cruiser.

Actually there wouldn't a discount other than published or C & A discounts unless he has his own casino comp. You'd likely get a reduced fare for him as a third person in your room..

Where was it postmarked?

No postmark on their casino flyers.    The are marked pre-sorted first class mail.    We usually get our offers in the mail about a week after the offers are posted on the clubroyaleoffer website.     Pre-covid casino offers were mostly for ships that only has a couple cabins remaining as it was their their way to fill the ship.

Probably why most people find ships sold out when they check the offer options.

Casino offers are for 2 adults for one cabin.     Additional guests in same cabin may pay a reduced rate but I am not sure as I never booked a cabin with a 3rd or 4th guest.

I doubt they will offer a discount for a 2nd cabin for a solo cruiser unless that person is also a casino member.   Never hurts to ask when you call casino royale to book your cruise.

Also, from my experience when you get those offers the offer is good for everyone of those cruises listed, not just one. So in theory you could book every single cruise listed for free plus taxes and port fees.

Not my experience.   I have always been told one cruise per offer code.    Once you book a cruise from that offer itinerary the code is no longer available for you to use on another cruise on that list.    I have asked a couple times when looking to book b2b's with casino offers.

This is correct
