Currently not available

Seems like this “update” or whatever is causing the pricing to not be available on the website has been going on for awhile now. Wouldn’t they usually do this overnight instead of during prime time booking?

(watch—it will be back up as soon as I post this!)

I just checked and all of the cruises for Discovery and Regal are showing as Currently Unavailable. So it seems to be systemic.

Most cruises on Caribbean show prices.  Haven't checked the other ships.

I just logged in to Polar (Princess TA/booking site). All pricing is showing up on there and all sailings can be booked - including with new resident rates, so it's definitely some IT glitch with the consumer site. I had feared more cancellations were coming initially, but doesn't seem so...(hope I haven't jinxed it now).

I jus checked and it's still saying prices currently unavailable for some cruises.

Yep. That's the case for the recent cancelations (inc mine) and the suggested replacements. I can see all other voyages. My suggested replacement is in 2024. Waiting to hear from CVP if the FCC can be used on it. Usually replacements were 2022 & 2023 but this is Australia-> Asia (now Japan)

I'm looking at Discovery Princess......unavailable???

Most, if not all, of the Discovery's cruises are listed as "unavailable" right now... same thing with the Royal. Not really sure what's going on, but it's been like that since late afternoon/early evening last night on the west coast.

We received a casino offer.  I called this morning to book one of the cruises, all the west coast cruises are showing unavailable.  The booking rep has no idea why.  Said it must be sold out.  I told them they didn't know what was going on.

Why would they send an email giving us an offer for dates that are not available.

I’m being nosy. Is it a new casino offer? Just wondering if I should keep an eye on my email. It’s pretty amazing that every single West Coast cruise is sold out, lol.

When I search for California Coast cruises under the "Deals" section, I get this now:

that's an error

This request cannot be served at this time. Reference Id:18.96c3ce17.1656006867.84a7648

Before, you could at least look at the itineraries! 😆

I can't look at anything West Coast since late yesterday afternoon. I'm kinda worried they may be canceling more WC Itineraries due to staffing shortages.

Oh no! I did not think of that. But why would all of the West Coast cruises show that message?
