Checking status of my Move-Up Offers

Guess this is a good way but was hoping there was some way I could see the acceptance or rejection in my account. I did bid well above the minimum and am just surprised Celebrity leave it so late to notify guests.

Interestingly, there are still a good few rooms left per the Celebrity website so just surprised they are potentially still deciding on the offers made.

They are hoping that somebody not yet signed up for the cruise makes a purchase.  They get a lot more money by selling the cabin outright rather than a move-up.

I had to get new Credit Cards due to hackers and Now my MoveUp bids are linked to a credit card number thats gone.

I tried everything I could think of to contact that department, but they can only be reached by Email.

Sent 2 Emails explaining the problem but never received an Email or phone call in return.

Has Anyone ever received a return Email from that department?
