Hello all, I did not see this started yet so here it is!

 

We are in Fort Lauderdale and ready to rock and roll

I hope to see a lot of updates!

Thanks so much for starting this! We arrived in Fort Lauderdale last night and are excited to board today. I won’t be blogging, but will be posting photos on Facebook. I’m Becky Strahan there if anyone wants to follow along.

This will be a trip of a lifetime.  We were on the Inaugural WC....Please embrace every moment and flow with the disappointments.....It was incredible...we woke everyday and were so excited to be someplace that would awe us or just hanging out on an incredible ship!  The crew, the officers, the ship, old friends( we traveled with 2 other couples), new friends, the ports and cultures, the lectures that opened our minds and taught us so much........people sharing their lives with us.

I would love to do another but I am afraid the next one could not be a wonderful as our experience was on the Viking SUN.

I believe you’ve been “grandfathered in” (sounds better than being called a lurker) after all the time and attention you’ve paid to this roll call.  It’s been fun and we feel much better prepared for this cruise by reading your advice and that of the other experienced world cruisers. Yes, yes, yes!  There are so many wonderful things to embrace.  And sometimes the disappointments brought new joys.  I wish I was with you again, on the Neptune!
