PLW0520 Posted April 4, 2023 #1 Share Posted April 4, 2023 Does anyone know where to buy the single serve pods? I understand the ones they supply are not great and it would be nice to have a few extras.

Amazon Prime sells them ($0.67 per pod in smaller quantities, $0.39 per pod in large quantities). Not sure why you would not just ask your room steward for extra pods... and if they run out, just take a walk to get coffee from the buffet. KACTravels Posted April 5, 2023 #4 Share Posted April 5, 2023 We have had several cruises that ran out of regular, so we always bring some. Last cruise they limited us to 3 per day 💁🏼♀️. https://www.amazon.com/KONA-BLEND-COFFEE-PODS-Special/dp/B005JSQMTQ?pd_rd_w=OT88z&content-id=amzn1.sym.deffa092-2e99-4e9f-b814-0d71c40b24af&pf_rd_p=deffa092-2e99-4e9f-b814-0d71c40b24af&pf_rd_r=8G6CQBC34WBS077FZQSH&pd_rd_wg=rDj07&pd_rd_r=9e75a33e-dbfa-4481-858e-bcb8cd6a4011&pd_rd_i=B005JSQMTQ&psc=1&ref_=pd_bap_d_grid_rp_0_1_i

When regular has been available, it was a different type of pod than shown above, and was packed so tightly it barely colored the water. That is why I started taking my own pods when I want to have a morning cup in the room.

I ordered the smaller amount and the dark roast for 18 packs for only 11 dollars and some change. Perfect!!

Yes, just ask your butler or steward. (They will get anything for you in The Haven😉)

Travelling2Some Posted April 5, 2023 #11 Share Posted April 5, 2023 Can we request a coffee maker with an inside cabin? If so, I will happily order the pods as I'm picky about coffee and don't like to get dressed to get the first cup or two. I'm guessing tipping might help:)

Ask your steward as soon as you meet him/her

jrlamour Posted April 6, 2023 #15 Share Posted April 6, 2023 I was just on the Getaway and the coffee maker was on the top shelf of the closet and you just had to ask your steward for coffee supplies.
Rare mcmomny Posted April 6, 2023 #16 Share Posted April 6, 2023 On The Escape two weeks ago we just asked our room steward Juan for a coffee maker and 6 pods per day with extra cream and he never failed! We had a balcony cabin but our friends with a window view also asked and received a coffee maker too

The "coffee" we have had in the buffet and the dining rooms has been...brown? Yes. Hot? Yes. Drinkable? Barely (in our opinion). First stop in most ports has been a café for a decent cappuccino 😉 The thought that the in cabin coffee could be worse is somewhat frightening😱 Edited April 7, 2023 by Brian V
