Surprised that a Royal ship is at Celebrity's terminal.  Vision should be a bit quicker to get out of the way than the usual blockers.  Sadly, I was supposed to be on board in 2 weeks for her reposition to Baltimore but had to cancel due to health issues.

Oosterdam scheduled but not confirmed fir 1830 departure.

I'm not surprised - this is her first visit to the US since October - if I remember right. She should be having extra inspections and official paperwork. But it is NOT dark at 6:30 pm - so no night sailaway.

Thanks-my sister-in-law and her husband are on this cruise. It is the husband's first cruise, so I'm hoping they have a wonderful time.

The weather's not looking very nice now.

It's been overcast since yesterday morning - with a chilly north wind at 10-20 mph. Of course the temperature in FLL is better than North FL - but still not nice weather after the 80s of the 2 weeks before.

Not as bad as earlier but still raining heavily and windy. I think it will be interesting tonight as we seem to be sailing through the weather. Haven't seen the "bags" on the stairwell yet, I enjoy feeling the ship move DH not so much 🤢

I'm surprised you said that.  I sailed the Eurodam from 19 in November and thought it was fine.

And Bon Voyage!

I agree, not a good sign when the 'bags' appear.
