Pinnacle Grill Amuse Bouche and Chocolate Truffles

I have been reading many of the live threads and don't recall any mentioning the amuse bouche or the chocolate truffles in the PG.  Does anyone know if they are still serving these?

I haven't seen the amuse bouche in ages. But chocolates after dessert have appeared.

Chocolates after dinner are definitely there.

No amuse bouche offered, but I did get after-dinner truffles and candied ginger last week in Westerdam PG.

We did get an amuse bouche when we ate at Rudi's Sel de Mer, which is a higher cost option on some of the ships.

Yes, I have seen an amuse bouche served at Rudi's Sea de Mer.  We have reservations booked at this restaurant for our Alaskan cruise and are really looking forward to it.

 

I plan to provide feedback noting the absence of an amuse bouche if it remains absent in Alaska.  I've always felt that it is the little things that elevate HAL to a premium line and this is just one of many of these little things.

That ship has sailed when it started charging for a second appetizer in the pinnacle grill. It's easily my least favorite restaurant.

I missed the amuse bouche in January. I remember the best mushroom soup in a little demitasse cup. I wanted to say, "bring me a big bowl of that!"

So do you think that if they provided an amuse buche, the “starter” (appetizer, salad OR soup) would then be $7?

 

Back in 2015 on Veendam they occasionally had an amuse buche. I think they did also on Prinsendam in 2019.
