Perks for suite passengers on the Star

Trying to find information on Norwegian Star for Suite Passengers.  (We have an owners suite)

     1) Is there dining area for Suite Guests, and for what meals?

     2)  Do Suite Passengers have access to the Thermal Spa?

If any of you cruise critic members have other info that may be helpful for suite guest I would love to hear them.  Much thanks in advance!

Off the top of my head.

Pre-cruise Concierge

Ability to make online dinner reservation earlier than non-suite passengers

Priority boarding and disembarkation

Special dining room for breakfast and lunch (in Moderno and Cagney's)

Afternoon treats

Butler and Concierge

Free room service

Free in room movies

Special seating in the theater

Since you're in an Owner's Suite

Access to the small Haven area and private sun deck

3 bottles of liquor

unlimited soft drinks and water

There may be other things that I'm not remembering at the moment.

Enjoy

NO HAVEN - but SUN DECK - - - LINK

LINK:

Norwegian Star Deck 13 Deck Plans (cruisedeckplans.com)

The STAR does have a sun deck - Deck 13 forward - a tiered set up with multiple

levels of deck lounge chairs and a Hot Tub.

Viewing that LINK click on the small mini cameras for what it looks like - - - - -

When I was on the Star in September I asked about a private hot tub for suite quests and was told there wasn’t one.

No, there isn’t. The sun deck referred to above is general access. There are no specific suite facilities like that on the Star.

OMG, you are absolutely right!  Guess I had a little brain blip there.  LOL

We've sailed the Star and Dawn, but mostly sail the Gem so I completely forgot the Star is pre-courtyard.

Everything else should be correct.

Since the Star and Dawn do not have designated Haven space, their suite tends to be quite less than say a Haven ship, so its a nice way to initially experience the suite or sweet life. That is what I did twice with the Family Suites on the Dawn .and loved it each time

Non Haven suites on the Jewel class ships have the same benefit. They allow people like us, who like a nicer room, to book it without wasting our money on stuff we don’t want.

I had seen for a family suite that it lists the mini bar as a perk. Has anyone had experience with that? Is there a charge for the sodas/alcohol used in the mini bar? Do they keep it well stocked? I'm trying to figure out if I need the drink package or not. Thanks!!

The mini bar is not free in the family suite.

That has been listed for a long time and only creates confusion.  Only OS and higher get free in room soda and water plus booze.

I have a question about this - Special dining room for breakfast and lunch (in Moderno and Cagney's)

Can anyone share what the lunch menus / options were like for these restaurants?

They would be close, but not exactly the same as haven menus you find online. They are NOT the specialty dining menus for those restaurants. They just use the dining rooms for seating.

Thank you, this is exactly what I was looking for!

Breakfast in Cagney's...wasn't unaware of any other meal being offered in a specialty restaurant.  But then we didn't have any sea days and we were always ashore during lunch.  And Cagney's was the work station for the Concierge.

It's a nice little thermal spa

Hello. We are sailing on the Star in May and got thermal suite pass for the entire trip. I read there is a lap pool in the thermal suite. Do you know the length of the pool?  Any other tips about the thermal suite on the Star would be greatly appreciated. Thank you
