I was on Adventure in late July, breakfast was in Chops. But I have been on Adventure when it was in Giovanni's

It was earlier this year when I was on Adventure. Am booked again in October.

There's no Coastal Kitchen on the Liberty so how is the breakfast at Chops ?

My experience with any of the chops breakfast that come as a suite perk have been excellent. I’ve had it on navigator, liberty, and serenade. Each and every time it has been exceptional.

Love me my Chops breakfast!  I make up some of my own menu items:

I order a mixed fruit bowl or plate.  The cooks will either add berries to the sliced melon plate, or give you the mixed fruit from the fruit and yogurt cup.  I also order a "chef's choice omelette".  They decide.

A salmon omelette is also delicious.

I'm on in March then again in June.  Of course March was supposed to be Panama Canal, but alas.

Adventure was going to do a canal transit?   I did not know they moved to a ship larger than the Radiance class to doing transits. I think I know why they were being canceled

Rhapsody was the canal ship. I switched to Adventure when RC canceled the canal cruises.

That sounds like a good trade. My first RC ship was Navigator, so I was partial to that class, not to say we have some great longer cruises on Radiance class.
