Sailing on the Star to Iceland, Greenland etc. this summer. We have the basic free at sea package and I don’t see bottled water listed. I drink a lot of water and usually go through at least 3 750 ml bottles a day.
Does this package include water?

No.

Does not include Wine and Spirit Experiences, tastings or flights, Starbucks, Ice Bars, room service, package sales, bottled water, ship specific promotions, Connoisseur Collection beverages, bottled wine, mini bar purchases, fresh squeezed juices, wine dispenser, energy drinks or vending machines.

You can upgrade to the Premium plus package or just buy a case of water on the ship (e.g., water package). You can not bring your own water onboard.

You can preorder packages (6/12/24 L of water) of water that will be delivered to your stateroom. Preordering will save you money when compared to buying the same package onboard.

Or, bring a refillable water bottle and fill it up at the buffet or at any bar.

THIS.  The ship's water is as good as, if not better than, the water you gt from most municipalities.  If you drink that much, a refillable bottle is the better option...

We drink a lot of water and are eligible for 4 free containers of NCL water.   We do not like it and try to give it away as we are more than happy to drink the free water that comes from every tap on the ship.   It is just the same as the water they provide at every meal.

Add me to the ones bringing a refillable bottle! I get a small carton in my room and even though I don't mind it it's usually not better than the buffet water. The carton is nice and light though so it usually comes with me on an excursion where I can discard it after it's finished. But I cannot see any need whatsoever to pay good money for something you can get for free.

Agree about the ship’s water being purer than most bottled water.  Plus, recent tests show there are tiny harmful plastic shards in bottled water.

I take one of these and fill it in the Garden Cafe!

I don’t like the Flow water because it’s alkaline water. I prefer tap/buffet water. If I get the upgraded drink package, I get Acqua Panna. I wish I could order that as a water package.

If you play enough at the casino to reach Pearl status, you can get free bottled water while gambling.  I would ask for two of the large flow bottles and give a dollar tip.

and if you actually book thru the casino, you can get free bottled water regardless of status.  no need to reach pearl.  Besides, if you're pearl, you'd probably want to book thru CAS anyway for the comp/discounted cabins
