cruisingteachers4 Posted April 7 #1 Share Posted April 7 I was just browsing the drink menus on Prof Cruise, and I didn't see Fosters as a beer option on any of the menus. Has anyone seen Fosters on their recent cruises? It's a favorite of my hubby! Thank you for the 411!

Set the app to the current sailing- Dining > Bars&Lounges > Schooner (or most others) > Menu and scroll down toward the bottom. dad son team Posted April 7 #7 Share Posted April 7 Funny story about Foster's. When my DS was 18, we went on NCL and they will allow 18-20yo to drink beer and wine with parents' permission. I agreed to sign the waiver and said he had a limit of 2 a day. Without a drink plan I was afraid he would go crazy and bankrupt me, lol. Well, I see him with a group of new friends his age holding a can of Foster's and when I asked about it his response was well, you didn't say how big. He had me there.

I’m not sure about that,it was a Carlton United Brewery brand ,an Australian brewery based in Melbourne . I think it’s now owned by Dr Pepper. But anyway it tastes like Sh#t and it’s better than Budweiser. My dear old daddy used to say we don’t drink for the taste . We drink for the alcohol. To many choices but the mass produced beers are nowhere as good as a small brewery.
gavvy Posted April 8 #19 Share Posted April 8 Fosters does not taste very nice cold- by the time you get halfway through one of those massive cans the beer has warmed up and the thing is pretty much undrinkable
zebra36 Posted April 8 #20 Share Posted April 8 (edited) Seems to be a quality vs quantity thing! Not a beer drinker myself but I can see the point of the quantity side if only the alcohol side of the equation is most important.
