Reservations for speciality restaurant - how far in advance?

I tried to find the information on the Oceania website (it just indicated anywhere between 45 and 7 days). I'm sure this is based on your cabin class. We are in an Oceanview cabin on the Marina for a cruise in August. I know we get one reservation per specialty restaurant on this 15-day cruise but, how far in advance can we make the specialty restaurant reservations? Thanks!

It will be listed on your invoice from Oceania and it will also show when you sign into your account on Oceania website and under "manage your bookings"

Like they said your date to book is list on invoice....that said do it as soon as you can-wouldn't wait.

I have not been in an Oceanview Stateroom but I believe it is 45 days from Embarkation. More than likely you will not get your first choices because other higher level categories start booking up to 75 days in advance. Take whatever restaurants and times that are available and be willing to “Share” a table. When you board in August, you can stop at the Reservation Desk and see what you can do to adjust restaurants and reservation times.  Also, when you are at the Reservation Desk, ask about any availability the first night in any of the Specialty restaurants. If they have anything available, they will give it to you and it WON’T count against your Specialty restaurant allocation. 
Good Luck and enjoy Marina after her new “Refurb” that should be starting today or soon.

Just a suggestion that you are more likely to get what you want by indicating you are willing to share.  We are on the Vista and all of our shared tables have been with one other couple, and almost always a lot of fun.

On a B2B cruise will I be able to book all my specialty dining reservations when the booking window becomes available?

If it's a true b2b (2 booking numbers) the each segment will have it's own booking window. If its an extended cruise (1 booking number for both segments) then you will be likely to book both segments when the window becomes available.

I have two booking numbers and two different dates for booking specialties.

2 bookings or a grand voyage( b2b booked as one cruise with one booking number) get you double reservations.  Each segment has its own date when reservations open.  We found this out after we booked a grand voyage.  When I got online to reserve, I could only book times during the first half of my cruise.  I booked. After I was on the ship, I visited the maitr’d to rearrange reservations. Then I was told that we were entitled to additional reservations. However, we had to wait until the next cruise began to book more reservations.  Everything worked out. It would’ve been nice of Oceania explained the system before embarkation. The down side of booking a grand voyage is that you think you are on a longer uninterrupted cruise. You are actually on 2 shorter cruises.  For loyalty points, you only get one point.  Hope that someday Oceania will could count nights instead of sailings.

Perhaps on a Grand Voyage it may also depend on the stateroom and length of cruise? For example on a 20 day Grand Voyage in a PH on the O and A classes, you are entitled to 2 per speciality restaurant.  So in that scenario, it would seem to indicate even though it could have been purchased a b2b….you can make all of your reservations for entire cruise when your date arrives.

My experience on B2B or Grand Voyages, and we were in a PH, I was allowed to book a first round of reservations and then could pick up the others once on board so the rest of the guests were given an opportunity to book some Specialty reservations. We were in a PH so we were already booking 75 days out. We were at quite an advantage over others at 60 or 45 days. O wants to give everyone a chance to experience their “Finest Cuisine at Sea”. Got to share the wealth 🤪👍
