Melcort10 Posted July 17 #3 Share Posted July 17 The 25th is next week. How far before booking opens do they usually release the itineraries? Or do they do it all on the same day? Norwegian just released 2026 Alaska yesterday.

Thrak Posted July 17 #5 Share Posted July 17 The "Loyalty Week" thing really sticks a fork into the heart of one of the few remaining Elite perks which was the ability to book one day early. Now anybody who has ever sailed Princess has an entire week to book before those who haven't. Thanks a lot Princess. 😒 <mutters in his beard about JP......> 5

Just how much time that is these days, as Thrak mentions, I don't know.
Melcort10 Posted July 18 #7 Share Posted July 18 So if an insider doesn't post something in advance then I should expect them to be available to the public on the 25th? And open for "loyalty" booking on the same day?

"Preview" usually implies an early look at something before it becomes available. Does this mean Alaska 2026 bookings won't open up on the 25th as previously leaked? Or is this another case of Princess trying to play catch-up with itself...
FLAlaska Posted July 22 #14 Share Posted July 22 (edited) Not sure. A couple of agents posted there that they were unhappy that they had not received the info earlier like normal and sounded like they expected the cruises to start selling on the 25th. Who knows… Maybe a travel agent can chime in Edited July 22 by FLAlaska

Thanks a lot Princess. 😒 <mutters in his beard about JP......> FWIW when we went to book 4 cabins on the Aug 2026 Solar Eclipse cruise on the first day of Loyalty Week when the Summer 2026 cruises came out, we are Elite and were able to book our cabin online in the morning (CDT) whereas our other family members who are not Elite couldn’t log on and book theirs until after lunch. Not quite exactly sure why they couldn’t book theirs until the afternoon. But maybe Elites now get the advantage of booking a new cruise in the morning on the first day while everyone else who qualifies for Loyalty Week has to wait until after Noon (PDT)? Truly just a guess from over here in the peanut gallery. But the funny thing was that ALL of the suites and Reserve Class mini suites on the Sky Princess were already sold out by the time we went to book ours at 10 am! From what I could tell from the CC thread we got our information from, folks starting booking at midnight. Could certain big time travel agents have reserved a lot of those cabins early on for their clients? I know our TA was told they couldn’t book our cabin. We had to actually log on to book it. 🤔 Edited July 22 by Ken the cruiser
