On board credit for Carnival shares

Recommended Posts

Sent an email to P&O to apply our £150 on board credit for our Iona cruise in October with copy of shares certificate.

Got a long rambling email back from P&O customer services referring me to a Stockperks app.

Have they changed their application method, I'm totally confused?

Thanks guys.

You can download it direct from google play. I found it easy and straightforward and once you have used it once it is set for future cruises with any cruise line within the Carnival group.

One caveat is that currently you can only use it on a smartphone.

No, it is also available on an iPad if the two devices are compatible  eg Apple/Apple

Works Ok with mine .

Yes - download the app from whichever sort of phone you use here - Stockperks

You upload a copy of the proof of shareholding through the app, they verify it, then you add the details of your cruise into the app, and then the credit is applied to your account.

It was far far quicker than the old method when I used it recently.

I reckon that will be so.  I recently tried my luck for a 2025 cruise and the message was something like, 'try again after 31st December 2024.'

I'm sailing on Arvia on the 25th January, bit close for comfort getting the OBC applied.

November is when you can apply for that.  I sail in February and the app says to claim in November

I have just tried to submit a claim for our cruise departing 3rd January, they advise submit claim in November.

I would hope that is correct, as we also have a cruise sailing in January.
