Maybe you should take a drive over to the TN mountains sometime and visit the BIGGEST Buc’ees being built so far! (Luling TX location will be a bit bigger when built). It’s opening soon, and I can already taste that brisket sandwich! 😁

On the cruises we have sailed (Celebrity and RCI), about 5-10% of the people masked. We will mask if required.

We have sailed several times since the restart, and had excellent service and food on those cruises. We only occasionally eat in the dining room, but that was our practice before the shutdown. We prefer smaller, less crowded, dining venues. As far as pricing for cruises, we find them to be back like they were before Covid. We typically book very early for a good price, and over time, possibly have a small price decrease that we can call for. That is rare for us. This is the way it was normally. Many don’t seem to remember that.

No free venues for espresso based coffees. We picked our coffees up at the 270° cafe. We always have shared our card, no problem. Double shots = double punches on the card, so one shot per punch. The last time we sailed, the card was the same price onboard. However we last bought the card prior to Covid, so maybe someone else can answer that more recently.

My coworkers are all friends, but some of them might just call me bad names when I send them vacay pics. 😂

Got the 35k point offer on my husband’s user card, and a 17.5k point, $500 spend offer on MY card! Woohoo! Don’t forget to check not only your cards, but any authorized user cards as well. My husband’s card had a larger offer, and we will just pay down our Thanksgiving cruise. 🙂

X marked the spot for us in 2022, when we sailed Apex. Stellar in every way. We are sailing Beyond this November (RCI Harmony first), and can’t wait to be back on X. 🙂

You do you however you want, and phooey on anyone who might question how you spend YOUR hard-earned $$$. 🙄🙂🙃 I would not want to be in that sea of humanity myself! 😂 Hope you had a great birthday, and the recovery is swift! 😁

I love both classes for totally different reasons. I would be happy with either, myself. I think twangster covered the differences well. Love the Music Hall on Quantum class. The 2 story lounges on Oasis class can’t compete. And then Oasis class has Central Park. Nothing like that on Quantum class.

We have never had a butler before onboard, and I'm not into 'stuffy', so I was hoping to prank him. I told Ken if Rajeev stopped by our cabin, I was going to ask if he could explain why my bag was in the water. 😂

We laughed our heads off when I checked for our bags on the last cruise and it showed my bag floating somewhere near Terminal 25. 😂

I was drooling over those holy waffle fries and didn’t see that atrocity until you pointed it out! 🫣 😂

Happy, happy birthday, Andrew! Hope you have a blast. 😁 I try to sail most years on my birthday, but because of my career, I’m always working at New Year. So, I will just live vicariously thru you guys. 🍾🥂🧉🍰

My condolences and best wishes to all of you as you grieve and move forward. I am glad RCI was accommodating to your wishes. I hope this brought solace to your daughter and granddaughter.

I personally would drive. Southwest has had an operational meltdown. With 2/3 of flights cancelled today and tomorrow, and passengers on Friday already being advised of cancellation of their flights (friends of ours), I wouldn’t fly SW right now if you paid me to. Hope all goes well.

I had to look back at the daily planner, and yes, we moved forward overnight Sunday into Monday before arriving in San Juan that Monday. We changed back to Florida time later in the cruise on our way back.

Sure. 🙂 We booked the Kimpton. At the time was reasonably priced.

Note to self: bring noise cancelling headphones for peace and quiet….and blast obnoxious music as loudly as rude neighbors choose to. ☑️ All kidding aside, it’s the entitlement attitude these days. Lacks any common courtesy toward your ‘neighbor’. 🤷🏻‍♀️ Nothing wrong with playing music. But others may not enjoy yours, and would like to listen to theirs.
