Given all the excitement on water features and aqua area, to me the most exciting change is inside promenade that now is open to the sea which adults will love. I think having ice show with backstage ice that allows skaters to have a running start will make it easy for those jumps. I was concerned the rink was too small. The more I hear about this ship the more I am excited. I do have to chuckle on the artist rendering of Pearl with all those pillows on sofas — like those would really hold up well.

Sorry to hear this but new Celebration has nicer choice of restaurants and better prices. Also Amber Cove has large pool like Coco Cay as well. Lastly, bed are softer than RCI. Don't get me wrong I like RCI, but they are not the only one in the industry.

The success of DCL Wish and RCI Wonder OTS has gotten other cruise lines attention. And then the various theme parks play into this too.

I was on Breakaway last year and my studio room was closer to front and I could hear the bass and loud music from three decks down in Theater which surprised me. It was over by midnight but it effected my quiet night trying to watch tv. Also I wish the lounge had ice machine and perhaps variety of morning juices.

Not true as I have done this on other lines. again the insurance is for trip not the deposit. At one time protection had to be prepaid by now one can add on at time of final pymt just NOT on HAL. As for Carnival I book deposit then wait a month and call back to add protection. Folks at CCL were amazed how sister company handled this issue differently

All other cruise lines allow for adding vacation protection at time of final payment just NOT HAL. fact is HAL is difficult on this one issue and I should know since I sail on others lines more.

Thanks but if I wanted to go by train would I have to do so from London If my plane is delayed I would hate to lose money for car service. I guess getting to Southampton is stressful
