Pretty sure they mean the proctored test if you do an at-home test. Otherwise, that would be two contradictory situations. I agree that point #3 could/should be worded better.
While the staff at the Guest Relations desk are generally very good...they have NO idea as to how the ship was built and/or construction materials used. That is just above their pay grade.
The one time we have sailed on the Sky we did not experience anything like what you are describing. You did not say what type of cabin you are in (unless I just missed it)...we were in a mini-suite, R423.
You will not have any trouble at all finding where you need to go or what to do. Princess reps will be right there in the baggage claim area as everyone above has posted. This is an easy one...so no stress required!
Welcome to Cruise Critic!
Yes...we need to know what ship you're sailing on. If you happen to be on a ship that has an Alfredo's Restaurant...definitely give that a shot if you like pizza. It's free. We make a special point to hit Alfredo's 2 or 3 times for a week cruise!
Welcome to Cruise Critic! Something definitely sounds off with this. As others have suggested...check in your on-line Cruise Personalizer. Don't depend on the app for this info.
100% agree! I will no longer book these types of "air deals" with cruise lines. Only got burned doing so once...but once was enough! I am quite confident that I can book acceptable flights...even if it costs me a bit more up front.
Princess has certainly had its share of IT glitches lately...I would keep an eye on it for the next few days. Those "extras" may very well just disappear!
