Julie if you are tuning in, My apologies, I won't be able to see you at Eden next week. Having some rugged days, forget about moving forward, I am moving backwards ! Enjoy Eden.
Buy your insurance when you deposit. I always did. It will be expensive at your ages but try one cover. Good luck. With all due respect John, perhaps you might consider retiring from cruising, I have, no big deal.
For many years we used the free ANZ CC travel insurance, QBE being the actual insurer. They were easy to get on with and I had a couple of claims settled. However in recent years the ANZ Bank changed to Allianz, they declined me cover even with me declaring conditions and agreeing to pay a premium. In my view Allianz are tough.
These days smart casual is acceptable on formal nights, collared shirt and long pants. No need to wear jacket and tie, suit, tux etc, can if you wish.
Above all enjoy !,
Or to confuse Trak even more, in metric, Middy - 285ml, Schooner 425 ml, Pint 570ml. Not all pubs and clubs have pint classes, but all have Schooners and middies. Talking about NSW here. Other states have different names, i.e. Qld a pot is middy size.
