  1. Not that it's too late to do anything about it, but once your perk airfare is issued there is nothing you can do about it because of the way it's booked. It has nothing to do with timing.
  2. Based on their history from the last ship build thread, patience is not something that poster possesses. I have them on ignore...
  3. Book the flat-fee first, so that it assumes you're using your FAS meals and doesn't charge. One person can book a table of maximum size in any of the other venues, the system doesn't need to know who exactly will be there and "payment" is handled at the table.
  4. Is Haven called out special on that table as getting 3?
  5. Yeah, they've been on my account for a while now as well. Yes
  6. @PATRLR on a computer (preferably but it may work in a browser on a mobile device, I can NOT see them in the app on my phone), log in to your account. Once logged in you have the My NCL menu in the top right, hover over that and click on My Account (between your name and your Latitudes number). They'll be right on that page.
  7. That was probably my topic, or my post in another topic. When I tried to book a cruise I couldn't use more than two certificates during the booking process, including CND's. If you plan on paying a cash deposit or full payment at the time of booking, that may not be an issue (I did not try booking a Canada/NE cruise so I can't say with certainty if it will allow both to be used, just noting the limitation I saw). That 20% is ONLY for a Fall 2022 Canada/NE cruise, the season for which runs through early November. Yes, they just get mysteriously added to our accounts, maybe it was in one of the Latitudes emails I ignored. My sister got the 10% one as well and she hasn't cruised since 2019.
  8. This place was on a show here in the US recently - How Did They Build That! Quite fascinating!
  9. Again, none of the Haven balconies have the slide going THROUGH them. Look at the deck plans I posted above - the cabins with the slides through the deck are 14190, 14790, 14192 and 14792 (and the ones in the same places on other decks, they're not numbered the same), none of those are Haven cabins.
  10. Sorry, I wouldn't consider 14900 or 14300 (or the ones in the same locations on other decks) private with the balconies of those other cabins in the corner overlooking them.
  11. Because why make the change just before or during a revenue cruise when the ship is due to go out of service in a matter of weeks for several weeks during which time they can purge the lines and make the switch without disrupting service on that revenue cruise?
  12. I've been in the same predicament - I have some credits (well, down to one now since one expired last night) that NCL added to my account for some reason, I was looking to possibly use them, but I feel I can save more and book a better room by waiting to book until about a month before the cruise.
  13. A look at the deck plans would give you your answer. The slides are denoted there, you're forward of them.
  14. The Escape is going to drydock, I imagine it's happening during that time. Unless someone in this thread has reported it's been done already - https://boards.cruisecritic.com/topic/2872316-ncl-switching-from-pepsi-to-coke-products/ Why a "fluff" post? You also could have asked in that thread, BTW...
  15. Thread with literally the same title from a month ago -
  16. Exactly! They do, but it seems the Prima one is 'deeper', with the Haven rooms recessed. These first cabins in that section of the ship won't have much of a view in that direction (unless someone is on their balcony "European Style", lol). On the other ships the "bump" is accomplished with one balcony being angled, on the Prima there's a cabin with the entire balcony facing aft, PLUS the isolated area for the slide(s) to pass through.
  17. I decided to wait. $1300 (including taxes, port fees, dining gratuities and trip insurance) seems a bit steep yet for a Studio. I'm going to roll the dice that I can get a balcony for that price shortly after final payment time AND maybe still be able to use 2x CND's. I'm almost certain that by waiting I can save more than the $300 I'd save today using the 10% and $100 coupons NCL added to my account.
  18. PCC is Personal Cruise Consultant. If you have someone at NCL with which you always make contact to book, that is your PCC. Unless you have a serious, demonstrable, problem with them you might have trouble changing to another PCC. You'd need to make contact with the other poster outside of CC as CC does not permit people to exchange such information on the forums.
  19. I'm fully aware of the solo supplement situation, I even mentioned it in my first post...
  20. Have you reviewed the info on these pages yet? https://www.ncl.com/cruise-ship/joy/staterooms/club-balcony-suite https://www.ncl.com/cruise-ship/joy/staterooms/suite Look at the Penthouse Suite floorplan - it looks like it's nearly a double-wide cabin compared to the Club Balcony...
  21. Yeah, that's what I'm trying to figure out. I may need to just call NCL or email a couple TA's (emailed one already but I happen to know they're on a TP to Australia right now, according to their FB page) to see if they can help. These offers aren't cancelled cruise rebate/FCC, they were just added to my account (all 3 of them!) so I have no idea what restrictions might apply to them other than likely the 10% and 20% can't be stacked if I wanted to book a Canada/NE cruise as I was thinking of doing.
  22. Book for the next HIGHER party size when you have an odd number. They won't add an additional seat to make a 5-top from a 4. I was told this in 2019 when I sailed with my sister and her BF - we booked a table for 4 for 3 of us, when we showed up and they asked about the 4th we apologized and said we were only 3 but they then said we'd have gotten the same size table so it didn't matter.
  23. Here's a previous thread, though it's 2 months old - Other threads in the NCL forum where OnPoint is mentioned, sorted by date - https://boards.cruisecritic.com/search/?q=onPoint&quick=1&type=forums_topic&nodes=64&updated_after=any&sortby=newest
  24. apologies, I thought I had it in there. So you're saying if I put a studio cabin on hold now using the discounts, make final payment then decide to upgrade to a balcony when prices drop I would retain the discounts?
  25. Except the discounts have expiration dates. The $100 has to be used by tomorrow, the 10% by the end of the month.
