I used it for casino play in 2022, maybe it varies by ship.

There was another thread about this promotion earlier. It is a valid promotion.

Closest thing is their transfer along with hop-on hop-off. We used that earlier this year and just didn't use the hop bus.

Use them on all luggage, including carryon. For the most part, at all times you know location of luggage. This has helped us on a few occaisions to quickly track down a suitcase that was delivered to the wrong cabin hallway. A client used them when working with an airline who stated their luggage was still in Barcelona when the client could tell it was at the local airport. Definitely worth the investment!

I just used it for Radiance of the Seas and seems to be working okay.

We keep in frequent contact with clients and provide updates on cruise planner beverage sales, just a service we provide. They purchase through Cruise Planner so they can cancel and repurchase if we notify them of a better price. Prepandemic they would immediatly purchase packages and then cancel and repurchase as needed, now they just wait for the right sale to come, which has been infrequent this year.

I have an agency, this is just what we're seeing in our 2023 bookings. 75% or our bookings are not purchasing.

Customers are definitly shying away from purchasing the package. Even for the "partiers" this is expensive as they don't drink that heavily every day for it to make sense. Hopefully RCL will adjust pricing during 2023 if the trend continues.
