Had a relative with an emergency notification needed. Simply called the reservation number, provided the ship and booking number and was put thru to the ship. There are easier ways but that worked. The Celebrity website as said - too many do not read stuff - has everything you need.

As an Arizona resident I love cruising the West Coast. The choices today are pretty much short 4 day cruises out of LA or week long to Seattle/Vancouver. Mexico with level 4 violence ratings is not possible except for Ensenada. Santa Barbara has limited port calls. Monterrey eliminated large ships. SFO made it too expensive on port costs to do an overnight. Ships are required to cruise slower to help whales. Astoria has limited docking. Bottom line is the short get away cruises marketed toward a younger crowd don't match Celebrity demographic. Fewer ports and no variations. Until or unless Mexico comes back things will be quiet.

Have you spoken to the Executive Officeor someone on the resolutions staff yet? You obviously need to speak with someone. You unfortunate situation is complicated and nobody at this forum can really assist you. Email, social media post or call to office in the US. That requires information you might not have at hand.

It will be interesting. If a flight reservation is canceled the refund must go to the payment method - your gift card. Then you had United saying they could accommodate you and you decided to cancel. Thus what were the terms for your ticket? Refundable? Refundable with a charge? Not refundable? All of that was beyond EZAir. Remember EZAir is a consolidator, not a travel agent. Thus I would be looking to call and see what EZAir shows. Legally you are likely bound to the terms on the tickets. A UAL refund could take a few days and EZAir a week or more. Hope you have the refund promise from UAL in writing. Good luck and you might consider with your special situation, exploring flights and booking direct with the airline; involving their special needs people. For now, have you called United to confirm the reservation is canceled? Have you called EZAir to see what they have. Your needs cannot be accomplished on line. MIA might well have more flight choices.

What are the terms for canceling your other tour? If soon enough to cancel then yes. If not you would need to pay for the other tour. Generally you should be able to choose. We always had a vacancy pre cruise, but often checked on line as well.

Think already said. There could be several issues including a Coast Guard hold, weather delays, a smash on the way to the airport, delays at security. One cruise there was a 2 hour delay because a couple longshoremen unloading the luggage got into a fight and a weapon was involved. Everything was frozen in place till about 9am. On another cruise the normal facial recognition by immigration was not used with each person needing to show their passport - looking for something. We spent from 7:30 until 11am standing in line! Yup. You can work around using the app. BUT. . . Princess then sends your data to StockPerks. The concern about SockPerks selling your data in not valid. All StockPerks gets is your name, address and a booking number. If they sold stuff Carnival.would stop using them. I simply sent a copy of the trade where I bought 100 shares. Your broker will also send you a letter says as of X date you owned 100 shares of CCL stock. Send a picture as an attachment. Want to be concerned about an app and getting garbage or the app hacked? Try Princess or Celebrity or . . . You don't send StockPerks anything worth selling.

In Skagway truly suggest you simply rent a car and drive to Carcross, Dyea and see everything in Skagway. Lots cheaper and you can see everything. You can get the car and pick up the others. The photo excursions is nice if the weather cooperates.

There are probably a couple threads a week on this issue. Sometimes clearing the cache or using another browser works. Other times waiting for a day. The Celebrity website has a very long history of being wonky.
