Totally agree with Princeton. Return your car to the corporate linked agency at Sea Tac. From there you can Uber/Lyft or take the Light Rail. The small agencies often have very limited space open hours and accommodations. HOWEVER Double check with your rental agency about the cost of taking your car international and one way. The fees may be such you may wish to consider taking Amtrak train to Seattle or Quick Shuttle bus

and be aware, it is not always accurate for the configuration. I run in to this with International flights which have different configurations from the same jet used in long haul US domestic. The airlines ticketing app / site is likely to have the correct configuration and will be able to show the availability. Always download the airlines app as soon as you have your ticketing info

I assume you live a long way from Altanta itself. If not I would consider an Uber / Lyft to the hotel and let the hotel transfer you to the in the morning. It is a balance of cost of parking vs cost of the ride both ways first of all check with your hotel, ones close to airports often have a long term parking program available. They shuttle you to the airport. Easy one stop for you. If your hotel doesnt have this service, shop around and consider the convenience of one that does. Alternatively, there may be a long term parking lot a reasonable distance / adjacent from your hotel. You can park the car the night before and have the hotel shuttle you in the morning. Again, see your hotel for info on the shuttle The commercial parking lots, such as Pre Flight gives you a shuttle ride to your departure terminal check in. The driver will ask you so make sure you have that info. Usually they just need to know it is Alaska Air. They handle your bags so it is an easy transfer. See the Pre Flight web site ( or other car lots) for info. Shuttles are usually included in the car parking fee, tips welcome. You need to book a reservation for the parking lot, many popular ones fill up. Hartsfield is massive and is the worlds busiest airport I would not use their long term lot as it is likely to be very expensive. You can look up on the airport web site. If you do choose to park there, there is a tram that takes you to the departures. Not as practical as an off property since it is all "do it yourself" but still doable . I would not follow the plan you have written above. It is a lot of work, a lot of chances for it it go wrong looping around the roads from one area to another. Keep everyone together and utilize the tram to the terminal together, They are designed for passengers with luggage. I cannot imagine attempting to walk onto the property. I think your plan to be at check in at 5 am is good. I would probably look carefully at your parking provider and see what schedule they run shuttles. SOme are on demand, others are on a fixed schedule. You might wish to buffer an extra half hour on that 5 am target. The secret to early departs is to have everything set out so that it is simply a matter of getting out of bed, getting dressed and getting gone. I do this regularly and it takes me 15 minutes from alarm to depart. If you get up at 4am then you should have no issue with being at the airport in a timely fashion

having spent a lot of time at SeaTac waiting for a parking garage shuttle, hotel shuttles seem unrelenting. Check with your chosen hotel to find out what their shuttle circuit is. Some are timed on the half hour, so 2 per hour. If you just miss one you many have 1/2 hour wait. Others may be on demand. Many of the airlines use the local hotels for their flight crews . Be aware that some people will complain about a 10 minute wait so their expectations may drive the tone of their opinons and willingness to complain about them.

you can ride the link rail from the airport into the core downtown where you have a wealth of choices for hotels. Easy enough to return to the train station the next day. Or you can make use of Uber/Lyft/taxi . If you wish to stay right at King Street then the two hotels mentioned are your choice. Do pay attention to game day or special concert events at the stadiums close by, as mentioned. OP i have spent a lot of time in small hotels in this neighborhood extensively. Cotswold is spot on, I was going to post the same. This is a very basic place with little to no amenities . Most if the buildings there are not going to have elevators and you will have to drag bags. If that is OK, then you are fine. Encourage you to do the Premier Inn for a more reliable and comfortable stay. Other options some of the B&B on Cartwright Gardens, though they don't have lifts either , a mire pleasant surround

I broke down and got a Keurig. I was a French Press / Pour thru Melita for years and have grown tired of the coffee ground mess. I find I drink slightly more coffee than before. I considered Nespresso but find the purchase of pods ( direct stores and on line) and price point a little to precious.

Like Alices Restaurant, you can find almost anything your want on Google Maps. It is my most used app. It took me a long time to jump in to the navigation feature. But these days I am often in strange places using rental cars and it can certainly be a lifesaver.
