That place looks AWESOME!! Who cares how much it costs I'd love to stay there. I always stay on Las Olas Beach. The Hyatt Centric is one of a very few places I would stay pre-cruise in Ft. Lauderdale that's not on the beach. If it's possible when you get back could you give us a quick review of the hotel please. Thank you Todd There's a Speakeasy bar in one of the hotel rooms. That place is AWESOME!! I read all about it on the flight home last time.

That's what everyone does including myself twice. I ended up "changing spots and went to Amsterdam Manor" on 2 separate occasions. Did the Barcelo and the OLD Radisson (which was never a Radisson it was too much of a POS to ever be a Radisson). Bought a day pass at the Radisson got kicked out of my beach chair 3 times. Grabbed my backpack did not tell anyone with the group I was with I was leaving. Walked right out to the bus stop 10 minute wait, 8 minutes later I was sitting on Eagle Beach having cocktails with my own lawn chair eating a grilled chicken panini sandwich with goat cheese having the time of my life. This is coming from someone who's done countless day passes all over everywhere (really). Day passes on Aruba for whatever reason "are different" there's ALWAYS a catch, it's ALWAYS SOMETHING. Take the city bus to Eagle Beach rent you and yours your OWN palapa and chairs, walk up to bar buy you a drink walk out to the awesome beach and have real fun with real people. Mostly Venezuelans. I don't know who's kidding who this is the best ticket on Aruba. Day passes on Aruba are a thing of the past for me. Everything I want and need is on Eagle Beach without any nonsense. Day pass on Aruba good luck Eagle Beach go have fun with everyone else.

I don't know anything about Reflexions. I've been to Eagle Beach several times. Eagle is the best beach on the island. Everything you need is right there. Chair palapa rental, Amsterdam Manor Beach Bar. Great food ice cold drinks beach is beautiful water is awesome. You can absolutely take a taxi or do what I and everyone else does. Take the city bus to Eagle Beach it's only like $2.00 roundtrip. Best ticket on the Aruba. When you have finished your day on Eagle Beach the bus stop is RIGHT beside the beach. Hop on the bus it will take you right back to the station which is right across the street from the port. Walk over and have cocktails at Iguana Joe's before getting back on the ship with everyone else. Lots of fun and the best way to spend your day on the Happy Island. Your gonna have a blast. Aruba is nothing but fun.

I have a very good suggestion for you. Here's the deal, don't book anything on the island of Aruba up front you don't have to do that. Unless your doing a resort day pass. If you wish to tour the island when you get off the ship, you have to walk through a genuine "bottleneck" of tour guides. They'll all have maps of the island in there hands, they all have nice air conditioned tour vans and if you can get several people to go with you the better deal you get. They customize any tour you may want, it's a nice morning and when your finished they'll drop you off at Eagle Beach to spend the remainder of your day on Aruba or you can have him bring you back to the port. Your tour guides they're right outside security trust me you won't be able to miss them. Have fun. ⛱️

Chankanaab or Cabana Beach would I find a reasonable place to find a drink and something to eat? Thank you for your help. I used to go to Cozumel back in the mid-90's it didn't do much for me. Been a few times in the last several years that place has completely changed its nothing but fun. Great beaches great AI resort day passes which are all what I consider very reasonably priced. $100(US) per person or less you can spend an entire day eating and drinking on a wonderful beach. That includes transportation to and from the ship and a nice tip. Thank you.

Thank you very much. I've swam with stingrays and sharks. It would be a real treat to be a around spend my day with and swim with dolphins. I didn't know we were given that opportunity in Cozumel or I would have done this a long time ago. If it's not an all day thing, then I could catch a taxi over to Nachi and spend the rest of the afternoon. Thanks

Goff's Caye best tour in Belize. Done them all. I'm not sure I would do anything else visiting this destination. I booked it both times with Resorts for a Day. Have fun our CC group had a blast.

Orient Beach on the French side of the island is wonderful. Great beach great water and great people. Drinks everywhere. Nice little taxi ride through the island nice day. Have fun.

The Broadwalk Sun's Out Guns Out!! I don't go on vacation to get shot at or dodge bullets. I saw that shootout I know exactly where that is. I'm staying in Ft. Lauderdale. Hollywood went Homeywood couldn't tell it could ya🙄. That place was a shootout waiting to happen they knew it let it happen and now it's Homeywood. Too bad I liked it down there. Stick with Lauderdale. Las Olas and A1A there's so many po po all day long and all night long no worries. Ever.👍

Most difficult thing for me about cruising solo is packing and not forgetting anything. I know we all have our own checklists but as we've gotten older we have things to pack that we didn't have year's ago. If I forget something(meds, a shirt or two, swim shorts socks sunglasses, sunscreen, lip balm etc) or something slipped my mind it's on me on the ship. When I zip my luggage and backpack the party starts and everything better be there, it eliminates any other difficulties.

I cruised Princess solo all through my 40's and 50's. YES!!! LOL!! Much cheaper and a whole lot more fun than a therapist. Been cruising Princess now for well over 20 years best ticket on the "high" sea, no pun intended. The Emerald I was on this ship in 2007 Inaugural and 4 more times since, the Emerald Princess is nothing but fun. Adagio the piano bar at the back of the ship across from Sabatini's is one of the best piano bars on land or at sea on the entire planet. Best Crooner's and best Explorers on any Princess ship. Actually for evening bar hopping the Emerald Princess is in a class all to itself.

Hey!! Hope all things are well down on the island. Miss you guys terribly and trying to find a ship most notably Princess that will bring me back to your home. This Marriott Day Pass, I've done these before on other islands and always had a lot of fun with them. Since the Santa Barbara sold out to Sandals and seeing how Sandals doesn't do day passes is this Marriott Day pass the best way to go now as far as day passes in around around Willemsted? Thank you for your help. Todd I miss having dinner on the river. What a treat. I was in Willemsted on Thanksgiving 5 or 6 of them the lights downtown are BEAUTIFUL. One of the best vibes in the Southern Caribbean every time. I'll be back. 🙂

I have not text Levi. Until I know I'm going back to the island I may not. I haven't seen Dominica on any Princess itineraries in years. It's very unfortunate for everyone. Poor Levi, I hope he's doing OK. Obviously he knows alot of the lines have all but eliminated Dominica as a destination. I'm thinking he may be working for someone else in some capacity. The W is my favorite of all the Resort hotels on A1A. Best vibe and atmosphere on the Beach. Nice pool great menu excellent service. Steak 954 is awesome.

I've been at Palm Court Gardens twice. I love the place. I love the Marriott Day Pass also. Two totally different experiences both a great time. If your looking for a very nice relaxing day at the pool having cocktails with a global clientele eating great food. Palm Court Gardens is all you. Views are off the chain!! Reserve your deck chair online for $11. Great deal. If your looking for a great family day at the beach the St. Kitts Marriott it can't be beat. Great pool awesome swim up pool bar. One of the best true beaches in the eastern Caribbean. Atmosphere and vibe second to none similar to Palm Court Gardens just a different experience.
