  1. That clause has been in every PUP email since the beginning of the program, yet they have never awarded PUP in anything other than multiples of 10. We never got this last year, and I'm not expecting it this year. We do both get the regular PUP emails.

  14. It also varies greatly depending upon the ship. It can range from OK to icy slush balls.
  15. The app isn't accurate even when you're on the cruise. Trust it to your own peril! On our last cruise, I ordered based on the app three times and every time was told "that's not on the menu".
  16. I've seen that in hotels, so maybe she missed the boat and ended up in a hotel. That would explain the lack of motion as well.
  17. If the promotion was dependent on cabin type, it might because you could get a higher cabin type.
  18. We usually debark between 9:30 and 10:00, and we've never been the last ones off (though we've been close).
