    Carnival's soda contract is with Pepsi, not Coke, so only Pepsi products on board.

    I did this 13 years ago, so my info might be dated. It was a private ceremony in the chapel. The captain officiated. I thought it was nice and worth the money. Ours was held on the first formal night, so we were dressed up. I believe on Valentine's Day, they do a group one for free.

    Odds are if there is a ship in port, Ollie might have a trolley running. They did this last year when the Pearl made its first appearance. But yeah, you're a bit early....

    I agree. I can't see fighting the traffic to/from the airport for a rental car in Bar Harbor. I've done Oli's three times now (twice on a land vacation, and once as a port stop). It's one of the best ways to see Acadia.

    You can no longer just drive up Cadillac Mountain. You need to have a permit to drive up.

    Sorry, no car rental in Bar Harbor. The taxi to/from the airport will probably be more than the car. There are electric car rentals, not sure if they are running that early though. Season for Bar Harbor doesn't really start until after Memorial Day.

    Just note the travel time from Whittier to Anchorage. I think it's a couple of hours each way.

    Just remember in the MDR food isn't cooked/plated to order. There are many plated plates that never see a table and get wasted.

    The security at a couple of ports has been a bit aggressive in confiscating items that shouldn't be.

    When Carnival brought back the option to buy a bottle for your stateroom, they increased prices dramatically and decreased the options.

    It was a change by the vendor. They just couldn't get it working with an upgrade of the forum software.
