  1. NCteacher- you can also use your OBC in the casino. Just ask the cashier how to do it. It's different procedure for slots or tables. We use it for roulette every cruise. Lots of fun to gamble with their money!
  2. Yes, frozen drinks. And if you have the premium package, you do get better wines. You also must specify what liquor you want in a mixed drink in order get the premium liquor. I.E. Bloody Mary with Grey Goose. Otherwise, bartenders will make that mixed drink with well liquor. This is of course not so at the World Class or Martini bar as those drinks are priced for the premium package anyway/
  3. Yes to walk off. I think the discounts referred to are for certain loyalty levels. So as first timer, there probably is no discount for you. However,, look at "manage my reservation" on line as there may be a discount offer for your particular cruise.
  4. Yes. For table games, you go to the cashier and ask for an amount of obc and you will be given promotional chips. These will be changed to playing chips at the table. After a few plays, win or lose, you can cash out your chips at the table, then take those to the cashier for $. There were instructions at the cashiers widow on how to use OBC on slots on Equinox in July. We love playing on Celebrity's money!
  5. I always specify "no saltines" on my cheese plate from the butler and ask for other crackers instead. There is always a selection of good crackers on my plate.
  6. Yes, cancel for any reason is 90% FCC.
  7. Yes, I have done my own routine on Equinox, Silhoutte and Reflection, The gyms main weight and machine rooms have all been the same layout. Not a whole lot of room, but certainly can be done.
  8. You could probably take on some mixers, as soda and water are allowed, but nothing with hard alcohol.
  9. When you check in on line, there will be assigned check in times for you to choose. You need to adhere to your assigned time to avoid a long wait.
  10. Ok. We will be on a 10 night before our 9 night. So please when were the Chic Nights on your 10 night cruise?
  11. No need to pre-order veggies in Luminae. Just tell your waiter to bring extras of whatever veegoes they have that night. Usually there are green beans, spinach, asperagus, etc. That is what do do nearly every night.
  12. Curious what you did in Martinique. We will be there on our Sept. 25 cruise and have never been there before. I assumed we would just walk around the port area. When we sailed late July the ship was virtually full with over 2700 pax. I am surprised she is not full now.
  13. Hope this is true on other ships as well. Isn't Infinity going out of Fl. Lauderdale?
  14. What was the capacity, please? Did the back to backs have to test? Do you know if Ian was at the Sky Lounge bar? Also I assume Z was still at the World Class Bar.
  15. We like the Mast Grill burgers and fries very much. No fee involved either. They also do hot dogs and veggie burgers.
  16. I believe the Sushi on 5 drink is called Asian Pear Smash.
  17. World Class for exotic drinks and it is usually not so noisy as Martini bar. I second Ensemble for after dinner or show with some nice music and low key atmosphere.
  18. I always check in on line for both cruises. I do not print the X passes for the second cruise.
  19. Anyone have the Blue Chip Club phone number?
  20. You are docked in Old town in San Juan and in town at St, John, Antigua. ( I hope you are aware that you are not going to the island of St. John. ) St. Croix and St. Kitts are a fairly long, but not half mile, walk along a pier to the port shops. At St. Martin, Phillipsburg, you can easily walk to the port shopping area, but it is a hike to town. I suggest walking thru' the port area to the water taxi and take that into Phillipsburg. It is about a 10 minute ride and they run back and forth all day. The water there is incredibly beautiful. I love taking the water taxi. There is very little to see or do at the port area on St. Croix. I suggest an island tour. There are van taxis at the end of the pier that do the island tour.
  21. Glad to know Silly still has a library. I bring my own books, but it is a great place to read. A few months ago I was lucky enough to spot a book I had never read by a very popular author. Certainly don't count on that happening again any time soon!
  22. I have the free ones from the government. Ordered just out of curiosity, but now those are what I plan on using.
