  1. You can use cash but if you want to cash out you need to put it on your casino account using the medallion. Princess does not print out tickets
  2. Be advised those elevators will be very crowded. Sometimes best to go up to lido and then down
  3. You just need to ask for the earliest time for regular disembarkation. E have usually gotten 8:00 and are bagels have been ready
  4. We always put out some bags and carry others off. As suite guests we can pretty much leave when we want
  5. It looks like they are changing the cigar areas to arcades as they go into dry dock. The Crown still had one las month but I understand that the Emerald and Ruby have had the changes made.
  6. At least the have made it quicker with the medallion. It used to be easy to forget that you had a card in the machine
  7. It it can’t hurt to try
  8. Suites have glass doors and yes they have the line
  9. It will log out but will take a few minutes
  10. If future cruises are not part of the crew and we know they are not why are they featured on the picture board of officers ? Are they trying to fool people ? And if there are concierge services on Grand class why is there no notice in full suites ?
  11. Anyone who has a plus or premier package will not pay the &5 charge for calling room service regardless of cabin. I have not found a living breathing concierge on any Grand class ship except for the so called loyalty officers who actually work for future cruise 3rd party company and have a separate desk br the Wheelhouse
  12. No here in Portland we are used to great pizza and Princess pies are just so so
  13. Please remember the bartenders are very busy and propsbly will not have ingredients you need for your special drinks.
  14. No you can eat well and gain lots of weight if that is what you want without spending one dollar if that is your wish
  15. If I recall correctly it is deck 6 midship but it has been awhile
  16. You do know that Crooners is not a food venue and I have never seen them make reservations for any restaurant. You probably mean Crown Grill. Again I have always been able to get in however we do prefer to dine after 7:30 or 8:00 even at home. It may also help that we usually take 14-21 day cruises. If all you take short cruises it may be harder
  17. I have never seen reservations allowed for casual dining
  18. The plus package does not include any specialty dining. Again we have never had issues booking on board. Note - on embarkation night full suites are guaranteed specially dining so there are less tables available. We were on the Crown in January and ate in Sabatini’s and Crown Grill and neither was more than 2/3 full
  19. Some of the highest liquors on the ship are well over $100 per shot. Best to ask before you just point and say give me that. We drink Woodford bourbon and Grey Goose vodka which fits in the plus package because that is what we like. The occasional wine at Vines that is a few dollars over the limit is no big deal
  20. Yes you can book onboard. We have never booked prior to a cruise and have always been accommodated
  21. Regardless if you have a package or not the medallion gets you on and off the ship, opens your cabin door and acts as your cruise card for charging goods and services. There are 2 lines at the port green line = you have your medallion. Blue line = you are picking up your medallion Casual ding are venues not complimentary but not considered specialty dining. These venues usually charge $14.95 for a 3 course meal and are usually open for dinner
  22. Princess is known for having lots of trivia and audience participation game shows
