    When you have cabin stewards, and dining staff that come back for years and in some cases decades it tells me that they must think the pay/gratuity system that Royal has is fair. That's all I need to know.

    You can wear shorts to dinner at Chops and no one will say a word.

    Don't spend enough time in the casino. Our free play and maybe a couple nights we spend $20. All I know is that there was a big difference on the machines vscwgat we saw on Symphony, Ovation and Indy this year. The whole one side of the casino that was for high rollers was never opened. Probably about 20% of the casino space

    They should have paper copies somewhere. I would ask your cabin steward.

    We had the paper compass last week on VY, a month ago on Ovation and in March on SY. Must vary by ship.

    Yes, that certainly explains the vaccination cards but not the negative test.

    We could have done it if we knew that we would get 80 degree weather every day. Could have left a lot of cooler climate clothes and jackets at home. Sorry you missed the cruise, it was fantastic

    5 and a half hours into an 8 hour flight.

    Keep your fingers crossed if you are travelling through Frankfurt. Lots of people on our cruise packing carry on luggage only and using ships laundry because if luggage horror stories.CPH had luggage in piles everywhere although it looked to be mostly SAS

    On your invoice if you see NRD after the cruise fare it is non refundable deposit.

    We found her to be in very good shape. If you play slots you may be dissapointed though. Geared towards Asian market.

    There is no Wipeout bar on SY. It's El Loco Fresh. They did serve a Mexican burrito for breakfast but it was nothing special and they were not doing that last March. Chris was referring to the Wipeout Cafe not the Wipeout Bar for breakfast on Allure.

    On Oasis it is cabins and a game room.

    As long as you are not wearing a bathing suite you will be fine.

    In all likelihood there are many Oceanview rooms held back thst are not shown to fulfill the guarantee cabins booked.

    Both the D and the Suite concierge are new this week. A huge crew turnover as many are going home now as they have been on just over 8 months since VY started up and they dont have the proper Visa's for the US.

    That's for sure. Even on port days at many of the ports in the Caribbean we are not off the shop for the full day. We were setting alarms most dsys as we had early excursions.

    That is correct. There were several on our FB group that posted like me. Asked us the same 3 questions that we had already answered on the health questionnaire and we waked right on. Didn't show vaccination certificates or proof of negative test.

    And with each pasing week fewer and fewer bids will be accepted as occupancy levels are climbing. Winning bids will also most likely be more than the minimums that have been getting accepted.

    Need a vacation. 9 ports in 11 days....busy. Cruise at 50% capacity was fantastic.

    I had heard sometime in 2024. I think that even after her amplification she will still do thec3/4 day itineraries.
